    Pros +

    • I was so pleased last year that I came back again this year. If you're looking for a peaceful, quiet and tranquil place, this is the place. The staff is friendly, the Wi-Fi is good, the pool is suitable not only for children but also for adults and it's cleaned daily. The rooms are spotless and cleaned daily as well. I can't say the food is good, because it's absolutely amazing and there are so many options. Having tried major beaches on the island, I can say that the best sea is undoubtedly here, in Vatera. They also serve drinks to the beach.
    • It is a nice place family owned and running. Relaxing location with very low traffic at front road. Sea is very close and pool was nice.
    • This is a family business, the owners are two brothers and they are incredibly attentive and smiling. They are always ready to help you and have been doing their job for many years. Although it is not very big, it is the best in its location. They have pushed the possibilities as much as they can and made the business beautiful. There is a mixed beach with sand and small pebbles right in front of the hotel, they offer sun loungers and umbrellas to their guests free of charge. You can order drinks while lying on the sun lounger on the beach. There is also a shady cafe on the beach. They serve hamburgers, pasta, pizza and salad varieties here at lunch. You can find local and traditional Greek cuisine on your menus. Don't hesitate to try the special products of the facility, they are very delicious. Our room was a connection room. It had a sea and pool view. There was a small kitchen, stove, sink and refrigerator in the room. There were two bathrooms and toilets, two air conditioners, two televisions and two balconies. I was amazed at its cleanliness, it was perfect. Although it was not very modern in terms of technology, there was wifi. There was wifi on the beach, in the pool, in the room, in the lobby, in short, covering all guest areas. The signal strength was sufficient, although it sometimes fluctuated depending on the intensity. Most of the staff are family members, so they are friendly and smiling. Their cuisine is delicious. There is little activity in the area anyway, there are no bars, discos, nightclubs, etc. unfortunately. Families and large families usually come, the average length of stay is 4-5 days in my opinion. There are 3 local restaurants within about 1 km where you can eat octopus, calamari, fish and drink ouzo. The prices are reasonable, not exaggerated. There is also 1 pharmacy and 2 mini grocery stores. You can easily understand English everywhere. Let's come to the sea, the definition of crystal clear was created for this place.

    Cons -

    • Absolutely nothing. All good!
    • What I remember while booking, I choose the free breakfast option but when we arrive they said there is not any ! Was it booking.com or the property I couldn’t find out !
    • The beds in the room are very hard and close to the floor. I think the beds need to be changed for comfort and orthopedic. Since there is no entertainment nearby, the nights are quiet. I think a restaurant with live Greek music and dancing, even if only for a short time in the evening, would be great. As a tourist, I would like to experience the Sirtaki dance and witness the beautiful Greek music culture.

Great facilities, amazing beach and very comfortable rooms - only downside was size of showers.

    8CanPosted on: 8-30-2024

    Beautiful beach and sea

Bathroom could be better. Breakfast was average

    6PeterFordPosted on: 8-26-2024

Pool was clean, and beach location

Staff were disinterested. Prices high, slow service, and regimented about paying straight away.

Very nice and welcoming staff, can help with any question you can imagine. Great cleaning service.Quite location, clean private beach, really good swimming pool and relaxing area, delicious taverna onsite.Actual rooms looks much better than the pictures. With pleasure will back here!

Only minor notes here Our room was a bit poorly equipped (but we booked the cheapest one). Also would be nice to add some mattresses on chaise-lounges.

    10LauraPosted on: 8-5-2024

Very good position, near to the beach. Breakfast very good!

It is not a dislike, but maybe it will be better to have more electrical plugs in the room. The wifi is interupting too often.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was good value for the money. Staff were always smiling and helpful. The food is very good, although somewhat more expensive than the other tavernas in the village. The beach in front is one of the best in whole Lesvos, I would say I had not enjoyed swimming this much for a long time..

The prices of food, although their quality is very high, was a bit higher, compared to the counterparts. (I must admit, never had an "average" food during our stay, food was always amazing)

    9RomanPosted on: 7-29-2024

    The location is perfect.

No Air conditioner in main bedroom. It's only one in the corridor and suppose to be enough for both rooms. But unfortunately it's not.

The breakfas was poor. The seafood are not good at the restorant.

    8MetinPosted on: 6-25-2024

cleanliness, comfort, value for money, helpful staff, good food, nice beach, quite area. highly recommended

a bit far from center however it is same for almost all hotels due to the setup of island if you dont stay at the center.

    8ErmanPosted on: 9-10-2023

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Really nice people!

There wasn’t much to see or do around the area. If you want to see the villages or cities a car is a must.
