Location

Very tight underground (shared) parking. Try to find a space outside (even if it means a short walk).

It’s quiet, comfortable and well located.

The room was spacious but basic. The breakfast was great value for money.

No tea/coffee facilities in room. No fridge.

The cleaning of the room could have been more careful; The bed was a little uncomfortable and noisy.

The staff is amazing especially Magdalena. She gave us help with both the train and bus lines. The beds were very comfortable and we were close to many restaurants and shops. The bus and train lines were close by and easy to walk to

It is located in Collado Villalba away from the city center so you need some form of transportation to get into the city. We stayed here because my nephew played soccer and stayed here.

The bones of this hotel are good, our room was very spacious and the bathroom was great, with a rainfall shower which worked well. The beds were comfortable too and we had a fairly large balcony (although ours was not facing the beach, not that it really mattered). Staff was friendly and the room was always left immaculate after the cleaners visited. The hotel reception and seating area on the first floor looked warn/lacklustre and would gain from a makeover.

Location is good and a lot of parking space in front.

Internet not working properly so I couldn’t work! The solution given to me was to go to the first floor in their sofas.. ofcourse that is not a solution if I need to work till 3am. Also there is a shared fridge on the floor. Left a redbull for 4 hours, went back and wasnt there anymore. So, fridge is useless. Room near elevator, quite noisy.

Good value for money. The room was comfortable and clean.

The isolation is very bad, you could hear all the neighbors.

The rooms are airy and the kids got a bed each which is much better than a sofa bed considering their size

At 100 euros a night,I think breakfast should be included especially as the area is not in high demand during the dates we stayed.

Clean. Other than that it’s not good. Booked a double room and got twin beds Also situated on the worst road. Drug deals galore. Teenage drunkenness.

It was a 1 night travelling stop over. So cheap and clean.

Soulless

Bright, clean, fresh rooms without carpet; very friendly staff, great system for late check in.

Good size room. Liked having a balcony. Very clean. Dog bed and bowls left out for our dog.

Parking very difficult. To use the parking under the hotel there was a charge which ran from 1am to 1pm so to park there overnight would’ve cost 26 euro. There are free car parks opposite the hotel but spaces are very hard to get.

Hotel is well located with free easy parking opposite. We had to cut short our stay due to an emergency and the wonderful receptionist, Daisy helped with our refund.

Good for one night. Some aspects of the cleanliness were disappointing. Breakfast is not worth it.

Our room curtains had what appeared to be mud or black mold at the bottom.
