Medea Resort

Rooms were nice and grounds were beautiful!

Not a lot of toiletries. Not a lot of storage for clothes etc. Front desk did not explain that there was free breakfast items. We found out morning we left when we asked.

Nice resort with modern features, staff helpful

Unfortunately we weren’t advise there were two weddings during our stay, so we couldn’t use the pool, they direct me to the solarium terrace to sunbathe but it was a bit left to itself (pics) I also got locked out. Bed pillows were flat so we didn’t sleep very well

Peaceful and well designed place.

Booking promised free upgrade of the room but it was not provided at reception.

The staff was verybfriendly, the rooms very big and clean

There was a problem with the water, but it was quickly solved.

No bar (although you could ask for a drink/coffee) no swimming pool. Not a great selection for breakfast.

There is nothing to like.

No restaurant. no pool, no shower doors in my daughters room. Dinners: non existent as no restaurant. Breakfast: awful, no cold milk, no bowls, no fruit, nothing to eat other than some diabetes inducing pastries masquerading as breakfast and taste like rubbish. A real hell hole of an institution that should be removed from this platform.

Hotel was clean and nice.

No breakfast at the set time. We had to ask and then we only got a plate each. Pool was only ”cinematic” and you were not allowed to swim in it. One person on the staff spoke english, and that was at the level of a third grader. ”The city” was awful. No restaurants even though google Maps was full of them. Was one little hole in the wall with a bar, cafe, bakery and pizzeria in one. They didnt like tourists and even though we asked for a whole pizza we got a several hours old calzone that they heated in the microwave.

The hotel was all we wanted, great staff, clean and modern rooms and a decent breakfast. The kids loved it.

Beautiful and elegant building near Caserta and Santa Maria Capua Vetere. lovely and large room (olimpia suite) with all facilities already available and attractive view. Staff kind and friendly

Breakfast not aligned to the expectations

We have stayed here before and the staff are exceptional and a nice friendly hotel, very modern and clean. We dont stay in the hotel that much as we are seeing family so are out and about most of the day so not used many of the facilities. However, we often come back late and there are staff there and we are able to get drinks etc at any hour.

Shower a bit small but would seem the norm in most hotels have stayed in and safe deposit box not working although we were immediately offered another room to compensate for this. As we dont spend much time in the hotel and had already unpacked, we refused the kind offer.

Great location and nice size rooms. Fantastic staff.

Thought there was a swimming pool on site but just shallow one with fountain. Didn’t spoil our stay but would have been nice.

No one could speak English so was hard to communicate but staff very nice and did try

this place is amazing. we were treated like royalty. I could not say one bad thing about this stop. even the food and wine was good. I would stay here again.

Breakfast mainly consists of sweets, sweets and again sweets....

Dinner is not recommendable
