Pools are clean and well maintained, pretty spacious, enough space for everyone. Each pool has its own attractions like bubbles or sprinklers. Plus there are 2 separate jacuzzi’s. Food at the bistro is fine and moderately priced, the same with breakfasts - usual breakfast at a hotel.
Personnel kept speaking in local language despite me speaking in Polish or English to them. We understood each other somehow, but that was a weird stubborn flex from them. Rooms have bad sound insulation - if your neighbors will drink and laugh all night you’ll hear everything. Phone in the room that should connect you to the reception does nothing (at least at around midnight), so you’ll have to deal with the drunkards on your own. And there are no attractions in that town - it’s either swimming in the pool or staying at your room.

I use to have access to Gideons Bible or at leats a New Testaments in hotels like this. It is easy to get it for hotel and it is for free. even it is only on reception thats fine with me, I can ask for it.
Great location, very convenient for hiking, with an added bonus of the thermal pools, perfect for a soak after an active day in the mountains. Great coffee at breakfast and friendly staff!
I wish breakfast was served a bit earlier. 8am is quite late if you have ambitious hiking plans for the day :)It would be great if there was some kind of a common space to sit in the evenings - we were a big group and some would have loved the option to continue socialising outside of our rooms, while others preferred to call it a night.The sauna was not working when we were there, which was a shame.
