Hotel Eurobus

Location was perfect and very relaxing - walking distance to thermal water park. Receptionist went above and beyond to make us happy. Breakfast was spectacular!!!

Amazing hotel. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Very good location.

There was a fire during our stay at the hotel. The fire alarm did not work - the detectors did not work, we only realized about the fire after the staff came and knocked on the door. And if someone were sleeping like me, they would have already woken up in the other world.I did not receive any compensation for this from the hotel.

A little bit bad road to the hotel

Honestly what a view & overall property . I’d come back here any day if they changed the managing staff.

The view was the only good thing. I just wish the young lady at the reception was more helpful when I checked in and asked her for dinner options at 7pm to which she gave a pretty rude reply. When I went into my room , everything seemed clean. When I removed the quilt to get into the bed , I noticed ants and insects all over the bed …. I went down to the reception and nobody was there to help. Ended up sleeping on the floor , in the most uncomfortable manner. Probably the WORST stay I have had in 27 years of travelling

I appreciate possibility to charge the EV.Fitness is available without problems.Nice view from room as well as from dining room

I have no comments about hotel operation or staff.Weather was also excellent: sunny day, but because I spent night there during the winter time, it was not proper time for my visit.

Property is managed by reputable network, great onboarding experience. Top location for those travelling by car, wonderful views, spacious and well decorated territory for a quick promenade. Wonderful kids playground. Room is comfy, slippers, robe, soundproof, quite decent sleep quality, generous minibar, free tea and instant coffee is also for your disposal. Breakfast. Stable wifi. Free Parking. Polite, attentive personnel.

Elevator is of strange construction but still lots of fun ) Some simple snacks in the room would potentially make minibar more justified :) These are the only for this section

We had reservation on august 11-13 they confirmed 3x times (from booking, hotel). When we arrived they said we have reservation on august 12-14. So we couldnt stay there. It was awkward, Many hotel was full this Time.

Nice well managed place in prime location on the lake.Completely renovated and converted former socialist hotel.

Was a bit disappointing to learn that the nice spa facilties attached to the hotel cost 12 eur extra per person

From outside looks a bit old-fashined, but inside is a truly modern hotel with very helpful staff, great food at the restaurant. The view is astonishing. The silence relaxing.

Bar was cloded 10 minutes before scheduled close. There is no atrractions around, but who comes to such place looking for disco or shopping center?

The location is great, awesome stunning view from your room.The breakfast could be better, I mean with a wider choice but still delicious.Wellness is beautiful.

Noise in the night - it was impossible to sleep because of the neighbors next to our door. They were not that noisy but the walls are very very thin. I miss a small swimming pool in the wellness.Also, I missed a small sanity set for women in the room - it's obvious almost everywhere.

Small but comfortable room, great lake view from the balcony. Nice restaurant - was a pleasure to have breakfast overlooking the lake.

Breakfast was ho-hum, at best. It was essentially the same stuff every morning, prepared in copius quantities at one time and set out on the steam tables to dry out as it continued to cook. NO JUICES of any sort. The location was gorgeous, convenient to everything. Ice was available on request.

Where to begin? (See above comments re breakfast.) Dinner buffet was too costly for old people that don't eat very much. No availability to order off the menu. The room design was obviously done by an architect that had no experience living in a hotel room because the layout squandered valuable space to useless features. For example, there two wardrobes when one slightly larger would have sufficed. As a result, there was no space to allocate to the mini-fridge which was stuck under the desk in a corner which required the guest to crawl under the desk to extract anything from it. The chairs were not designed to be comfortable for sitting. Instead, we brought one of the balcony chairs in for its comfort.

It's definitely a pretty nice and romantic place to relax and have a nice time. My boyfriend and I had a great time together. The rooms were very clean, the view was very beautiful. We also quite enjoyed the pool and sauna. The prices were affordable. The weather was not very nice when we left, but in warmer weather, you can definitely have a much better time. It was a great experience for us. Breakfast and dinner were quite tasty. I hope we will have the opportunity to stay here again. We also had a problem like losing a passport last minute, but they helped us a lot. A gentleman accompanied us to the bus station. We recommend it to everyone !!!
