Bar/restaurant closing already at 8pmNoice from next door season closing party till 5am during two nights, staff not appologising for that

Nice location, tremendous view!I need a handicap parking but nothing like that + a long way from the car to the reception desk.

No parking for people with disabilities.No help with my sue case, no piccolo was available!

the general facilities and the hotel was very good. The staff were helpful and friendly especially the restaurant staff. who were more friendly I thought than the receptionists.

4 out of 7 nights there were events going on in the hotel, parties or wedding receptions a couple until 2 am.I, this was very disappointing for an otherwise nice hotel. good job we had some ear plugs even though they do not drown out al the noise and it was very loud.

Hotel itself was clean and cozy. Meal was yammy. I also enjoyed the playgrounds - both inside and outside.Outdoor pool was small but clean.

The hotel beach was not clean - lots of cigarette butts, which made it uncomfortable being there with the child.

Very long and complicated registration at the reception- 25 minutes for 2 persones. Coffi mashine was broken, no coffe during the brekfast

Polite staff, clean room, quiet environment, beautiful view.

We loved everything - really small- child friendly and just a brilliant location. The views are incredible and you have the option of the small outdoor pool or the lake for swimming. The outside bar, small playground pool and lake are all within view so you can easily keep an eye on your little one. Breakfast was great, it was super clean and I had the best massage of my life!

Nice hotel in perfect location close to everything, we booked an apartment, lovely, modern, massive balcony with lake view, it was great, clean, spacious, just amazing! Tv in living room and in bedroom. Balcony door from both rooms to one big balcony. Very nice and spacious bathroom also. Would definitely return. Recomend 100%

beautiful area next to lake, hotel very modern and tidy. we could use room with pool table. overall grate place to stay.

we were before season so was a bit quiet and restaurant had a small food menu that’s why we pass to eat there

Very nice location right next to Zemplínská Šírava.

It can be seen that the hotel is in a locality that only works in the summer. Booking offered the option of half board, but unfortunately the kitchen was closed. Breakfast is below average for a ** hotel, not for a ****. The staff is probably a chapter by itself, all young, apparently students or after school, so waiting at the reception until the lady receptionist has finished playing billiards or when she comes from somewhere. Without a smile, disgusted that I'm at work. For me, a very low bed is very difficult to get up from.

nice hotel. close to boarder. nice breakfast with everything you need. perfect stuff, they help with any questions. highly recommend.

The shower tab leaked. The WC produced some noise for another 5 minutes after usage. in general the hotel is in need to renovation and is not properly taken care of.

Very beautiful hotel.They offered me 3 rooms next to each other.Also gave one hight price room, for our comfort with amazing view to the lake)Reception is very nice and coffee is perfect.Always try to help and though there was a weding we didn't hear any noise and succeed to have tasty dinner)))Highly recommend this place

Size of the room, bathroom, balcony and view from the restaurant

No bar/sitting lounge within the hotel apart from restaurant. Outdoor pool closed (27°C outside) and we have been told season is over. Receptionist mentioned that only customers who booked hotel for 7+days are allowed to use the outdoor pool in the season. Hence if you stay for 1 night only you are not allowed to use it. Very strange rules. (No indoor pool available either). Disappointed

Nice view our of room across lake. Food was good and a nice selection for breakfast.

Not very welcoming - most of the hotel didn't appear to be open.Construction work going on between the hotel and the lake. Swimming pool looked about 4 weeks away from opening. Not really any bar area to sit and have a drink.

This is a tired looking 2/3 star hotel. Nice location by the lake but that’s it. Basic restaurant menu but the food was good.

Tired and needs modernising. Not good enough for a business stay.
