Although basic, the room is good value for money. The location for major transit routes is also very good.

The room wasn’t ready on our arrival despite being within the notified times. The room smelled of cigarettes smoke.

I honestly felt sorry for the man working there. Doing everything. The door handle on my room was faulty, there was no hot water in my room. I paid for breakfast but it was not clear it was for just one person in the room.

The front gate was locked when we arrived, and their were no staff, it was an electronic only check in, which wasn't working. Luckily some other guests were able to let our car into the parking lot.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I booked a non-smoking room, but entire rom smelled like strongly of cigarette smoke. The beb sheets were damp. The shower drain didn't work, so water pooled around my feet. On top of that, the light in the bathroom wasn't working, which made things even worse. This place was absolutely not worth the money. I do not recommended staying here.

The man on reception was friendly and helpful

Facilities basic, room cramped.

The bed was confortable and the bathroom is normal.The hotel is near to the motorway.

The room is small. The access in the room is direct from outside. The door is with code for access.

Motel. This is a motel not a Hotel, it bears no comparison to any other B&B hotels we have stayed in. The room was small, required updating and not particularly clean. The breakfast buffet selection was the worst I've experienced in 40 years travelling through Europe. There is nothing to "like" about this motel

Price was very high for the level of accommodation- taking advantage of the Rugby World Cup

Perfect location for the rugby and as expected cheap and cheerful, but comfortable and a good breakfast.

To carry up big bags up a staircase to the room. It is impossible to think that booking.com will put their customers to this situation . Have a good policy. No hotels for booking.com customers without lifts & room air-conditioning .Start another site for students to book for hotels like this and apartments.

3 times the "normal" price is a bit much, even if a day of high demand.

Automatic réception protides no assistance for those who might need it.

Check in was quick and efficient. Staff was helpful. Free parking was a bonus. Airconditioning was a really treat. Breakfast was great, good options available. Location was perfect for the RWC game which we were attending. Answers to our questions came promptly which was appreciated.

A clean and pleasant room . Good basic facilities and therefore excellent for a short stop .

We have stayed in several B&B hotels and they are excellent value for money. They are great when we are travelling and aren't sure what time we will arrive as you can self check in at a machine in the lobby. Secure parking with key code access. Good value buffet breakfast too.
