The food became boring after a while. I think you should have an international section for dinner each night - Italian food, Mexican food, Japanese,Chinese, etc. you don’t need a lot of dishes just two or three . I would have liked a dresser with draws in store my clothes. The closets were great! I did like the fact that at 11pm we were asked to leave the bar so they could clean

The location is pretty remote.

The hotel offers All Inclusive package. There is lot of food options and the empty slots are re- filled quickly, even at short time before the end of meals.There are good options for snacks at the bar, including pizzas, giros, salads, cakes and ice-cream. There are hot and cold coffees served, including very good Greek frappe.The family apartments are actually duplex with sleeping part on the first floor. Every one also has its own table and chairs in-front and a pair of sunbeds.Extremely nice view and fresh air with light, very polite wind at the restaurant.All the staff were extremely polite and helpful.The shuttle is useful, on- the time.The beach with sunbeds is also a great value.

The quality of the food could be better, especially the quality of the drinks that are offered.The family apartments are the last one downhill and the view around is not that nice, as the upper levels. It's also a little far and uphill, for older people.

Beautiful hotel and Villa. All kept very clean and the food was lovely. The kids loved the little pools and the evening entertainment.

The big hill from the Villa to restaurant definitely a work out! Snack bar could have used some work not as described but then imagine it was a few days from closing and it was quite quiet.

We stayed in a villa with private pool. The villa was massive with full kitchen. 4 bathrooms with showers. Loads of food and variety in buffet. Best thing is freshly squeezed orange juice machine. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Plenty of car parking. Very comfy beds soft matress.

The double bed mattresses are smaller than the base. We kept banging our shins on them. Booking.com double booked our first night so the hotel had to find us alternative rooms for the first night. They did all they could to fix this cock up by booking.com. They said it was not the first time booking.com had done this so worth double checking with the hotel. The non alcoholic cocktails were a bit disappointing.

Food, pool, most staff very friendly

Villa allocated nowhere near hotel and not walkable distance. The villa should definitely not be offered all-inclusive as it is impossible to do this due to location. Villa is really nice but should only offer self-catering. We were moved to a villa on resort but only 2 bedrooms and not suitable for 6 adults. 2 expected to sleep on a hard bench, which is totally not acceptable. Offered no refund for this.

View, staff absolutely amazing

Had a 4 bedroom villa, 2 bedrooms were lovely but the other 2 not very nice, very claustrophobic and they didn’t even have a bedroom door! En-suite so small, you couldn’t even stand up properly in the shower

The swimming pool, the food

The mould in the shower, the leaking balcony, the noisy clearing of plates in the restaurant.

We love the place where it is,near to the mountains, nice and quiet, amazing views from the restaurant, amazing staff, friendly atmosphere ,the food is delicious ,10 minutes to the beach. Big thanks to Regina, Antonia and all the staff.

Everything was better than we expected.

Staff at the resort were amazing, especially Regina, she is an asset to the resort. all the staff in the restaurant area were really polite and courteous, smiling all the time. The staff in the pool bar was also good, except one member of staff who always had an attitude, never saw him smile. Did end up asking him if he had something up his backside that was bothering him, not going to single him out by naming but saw him getting told off on few occasions by other senior staff.Food was just amazing, every day every time. all freshly cooked, with plenty of choices available. Location is beautiful, surrounded by mountains. Its a hidden gem if you want to relax n chill out.

Size of pools could be slightly bigger, but didn't cause much bother.

Service at the bar. Dreadful service and 2 drinks policy at the bar when you are a family of 5 is ridiculous. Was sending my 11 year old son after me to get his and brother and sisters drinks. Evening barman fantastic but daytime they were miserable and rude.

Stayed in a 4 bed villa, nice private pool, cleaned every day. Spectacular views, peaceful location.

Food was pretty poor. Breakfast was fine although the most popular item was fresh pancakes and they appeared to be rationed by the grumpy individual cooking them. lunch and dinner were the same assortment of unidentifiable slow cooked meats or fish. Occasionally freshly cooked items like pizza and kebabs but these were again popular so restricted to one small pizza slice at at time. All inclusive drinks were poor, watery beer in plastic cups, unpleasant wine and cheap spirits. Entertainment was hit and miss.

Great view, incredible orange juice for breakfast, olives and vegetables. Nice drinks in bar. Very kind staff. Quiet and peaceful place with sounds of sheep and peacocks around.

Guys from hotel staff did everything they could to fix the filter pump in our private pool. However, it wasn't working more than half of our stay.Getting to the hotel from Bali is like an extreme drive. One narrow lane uphill :)
