Captain's House Hotel Suites & Apartments

The staff made us feel like family! Hotel employee all made our stay worth every minute! We had to go to another hotel on another part of the island and found ourselves homesick for the Captains House. The view was out of this

There was nothing wrong with this place! We loved it!

The stairs were not engineered properly and are too tight, narrow, and steep. Anyone over 12 years old or who is big will struggle moving around in these rooms.

I can't speak more highly of the accommodation at Captain's House. But even moreso, Julia, the on-site caretaker was incredibly attentive, and provided such kindness to ensure our stay was as wonderful as possible. Thank you Julia! We will be staying here again. What a wonderful place.

We stayed there last year in a normal room and this year, for our honeymoon, stayed in the Captain's suite with my family after the wedding. It is very spacious and comfortable. The sunset is stunning every single night and quiet. I do believe that room has the best view in Panormos. It's got a fully-stocked kitchen, a supermarket less than 2 minutes away, and a plethora of restaurants nearby. The apartment is beautifully decorated, quiet, and just the sounds of the ocean can be heard. Thanks so much!

Everything was fantastic so there isn't much to complain about.

We completed a 9 night stay in a split apartment. The cleanliness was excellent.The cleaning lady and also receptionist, miss Julia was a kindest hostess. She welcomed us warmly as soon as we arrived at the apartment. She made sure that our room would be ready upon our arrival, at 8:30 am so we didn’t have to wait until arranged check-in time (13:00). During our whole stay, she provided us kindly with anything we could need and ask for. The apartment is renovated, warm and cozy, comfortable for 3 guests and equipped with all possible facilities needed: well stored, extra towels in the bathroom and complimented bottles of wine and fruits. The location is excellent and rooms are soundproofed and quiet.

Excellent stay - very spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the view was great. Fantastic location right next to the beach. Directly across from many restaurants and shops which was extremely convenient. Very friendly staff and local community. Fully equipped kitchen and good air con.

The patio wasn’t very private as we were on the ground floor and the restaurant tables on one side could see straight through (there was no screen on one side)

Being on the beach and restaurants was ideal. So close to shops and bus too

Slight smell between apartment near outdoor sitting area made it unpleasant to enjoy the outdoor space.

Nice location. The room and balcony was cool despite the hot weather. The view was nice. The room as well equiped.

The room smelled humidity when we arrived but it got much better after we opened the windows during our stay.

Loved everything!

The captain’s suite is spacious and comfortable. While the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, and kitchen were all great for our group, the stand out feature is the spacious balcony with an unmatched view of the water.The location at the harbor with plenty of convenient parking and beaches, restaurants, stores, and a supermarket just steps away can’t be beat.

We felt very welcomed. A great place to just have a holiday.

Its history, restoration and position only meters from a lovely harbour beach, protected against the swell. Within a delightful village with a great range of excellent restaurants cafes and bars.

The room was wonderful, with a superb view. The apartment was perfectly large for 3 people, with a perfectly equipped kitchen and very clean. The beach with fine sand and clear water is very close to the hotel. The whole experience of staying in this location was even more beautiful thanks to Julia's hospitality and positive energy. Julia provided us with all the necessary details, always helped us when we needed it and made the room completely clean, so that we felt like we were at home.

Great location at the end of a small street in a smaller village town. Restaurants right outside and a bunch of great choice within 10min walking. Ocean view from our room.

Steps

The building is on the seafront, steps away from the arbour, the beach, restaurants and other shops! Lovely spacious rooms, the hole apartment looked recently renewed and had a fully fitted kitchen including complimentary fruit and drinks and new coffee machine. The main bedroom had a wonderful view of the sea and the arbour and so did the balcony which was furnished with very comfortable chairs and tables

Nothing to complain! But it would have been perfect if it had refillable soap/shampoo bottles. Everything else exceeded our expectations
