I am a solo female traveler who arrived late at night. I felt very safe and the area was very clean.

Rooms come with a spacious bathroom and are very clean. Bed was super comfortable and clean as well. We were welcomed by super friendly and attentive staff - our clerk Wiliane was able to answer all our questions patiently and with great competence. I’d definitely recommend for a budget stay if you are looking for accommodation in this more remote region.

Heating in rooms, croissants.

Flies in my room, shower didn’t work well. Terrible bed, lack of noise insulation between rooms. Tiny coffee cups.

Location and breakfast

The beds weren't comfortable!On the website it says that we have parking space and you don't need to book a spot but when we arrived there wasn't any spot for our car available and the park was only for electric cars (at least it was what they told us).Also, they have shampoo and body wash but don't have conditioner which is bad for women's and men's that have long hair.

The restaurant was nice, we had a really good dinner. Breakfast was adequate.

Cold / lukewarm showers were not nice after a hard day of hiking. They did nothing about it even after we reported it. The way they replied made us think they knew it was an issue and just accepted it.

The check in clerk was amazing! The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had a very food array of options, there was something for everyone.

The AC made some clanking noises but all else was cool.

The staff were very friendly and kind, and the breakfast was excellent - there was a lot of variety and a great selection of food, including bread, croissants, different cakes, fruit, cereal, teas & coffee. There was air con in the room, which was a nice bonus (and much needed!).

It said on the site that there was a gym and sauna, but they were both closed/out of service when we arrived. Our room - although clean - was smelly, which I found unpleasant. It smelt like stale cigarette smoke and no amount of leaving the windows open got rid of the smell. The walls are also very thin: we heard a couple having an argument next door at midnight one night. We also had a leak in the bathroom, so after a shower there was water all over the floor. We mentioned it to the staff, but no action was taken (but they were friendly about it). It was one of the cheaper places to stay, so I didn't expect somewhere amazing, but at very least I expected to have a room without a horrible smell (especially because neither my husband nor I are smokers).

Acoustic isolation should be better. We every sound and conversation in the room next door.Elevators should have an intelligent option of operating. Why do we need to call both in order to wait and see which one is nearest? If we call one both should work simultaneously and the nearest should come.

I don’t have enough praise for the accommodation and staff. Joaō Antunes would especially point out. What a wonderful man and worker. He made an effort to answer all my questions. He brought ice for a swollen knee and foot. Diamond. Thank you Joaō! The woman in the restaurant was equally helpful.

I like everything

This place was very affordable with with a great breakfast. The staff was amazing and very clean hotel. Definitely will recommend it and visit again.

The hotel locates in a small and beautiful town near Santarem. The room is clean and tidy with 24-hour operating. The front desk is cordial and helpful.

Although it offers a typical continental breakfast, I felt the kinds of food are limited.
