Wheelchair room had a shower That was way to small and the seat for a 10 year old.

A quick overnight stay. Nothing to fancy but exactly what you pay for. Clean and quiet room and comfy bed. Breakfast was very good and breakfast staff were very nice.

Online check-in and digital key was a bit long winded. Although the digital key works well, it took a few attempts to understand it, and it does take away the human touch a bit.

Hotel offers you everyting you need for lay over - confy bed, clean room, free water, easy check in and out, free parking and optional breakfast. We would choose it again!

It is a nice hotel to stay one night over on our way to vacation spot. It is clean and Friday endly staff. Breakfast included

Well, this hotel has everything included fur one night stop with a family, but is not anything luxury.

Fully equipped rooms and nice air conditioning in the room. The breakfast was amazing, freshly baked pastry, great choice of teas and juices, fruits and many more

I have no idea why this hotel has 4 stars. It should maximum be 2 stars. It is old and run down. We booked it on our way to Italy as it had 4 stars and said it was “Pet friendly “ with pet ms staying for a small fee. The room was €69 and they charged us €39 extra for 2 small dogs. It said nowhere on booking that the extra charge would be that high. The staff was not very helpful and didn’t even look up from the computer when we left.

Terrible experience!

Terrible mattress! I got back pain of the poor quality mattress. The location is not good and very expensive for what they offer. I was looking forward to the end of my stay in this hotel!

Very annoying experience, not recommended

Insisting on online check-in even though reception is open 24h, whereby the online check-in process is the most time-consuming, ridiculously annoying and privacy-intruding check-in process I ever experienced. In the restaurant there are only 2 tables for drinks and rest for dinner only; even though restaurant was completely empty, they wouldn't let our children sit there and have dinner because we didn't make a reservation beforehand, and they wouldn't let them sit down for drinks only, bacause the 2 tables for drinks were already occupied. Heating/cooling cannot be freely adjusted. Place is in the middle of nowhere and surrounding area smells really bad.

Not provided even water bottles or kettle to drink water. No any tea or coffee at the room

Water in the shower was not hot, just warm. The rest was perfect

Clean room, large bathroom.We got a small souvenir when we left (rice from the local farm).

It was a bit noisy during the night, because of the bar nearby.We did not find a parking spot in front of the building, so we had to park in the back where no surveillance camera is availble.

Couldn't figure out the hairdryer! I should have asked someone....

I liked how clean and digitalised the hotel is and how they think about ecosystem and safety. Everything is well thought of so, there’s not unnecessary waste. I will always use this hotel anytime I am going to the same trip.

The breakfast was good the only issue was the snacks were too sugary for my taste.

Good value for money. Not too far to drive into the centre of Verona. I was worried when we arrived that we would be able to hear the main road but we couldn't at all. Lots of free parking around the back even if the front parking looks full. The beds and pillows were really comfortable

Our room smelled strongly of smoke. Bit of a confusing set up with having your room key on your phone.

If you have a car, pick that place

No city transport in weekend so we overpaid for taxi

It was kinda bad. The hotel is far. The restaurant was reserved no one told us. The staff in the restaurant was rude enough to shout on us saying go reception go reception without any respect. And the hotel is totally out of Verona it will cause you much to pay for diesel and parking there.

Nothing, and I’m not a picky person

The hotel was not as described as on your site. The location was farther away than described and there were no restaurants or other facilities around the hotel , very unattractive area! . Upon arrival we had to change rooms three times. The first room had a broken digital lock on the door the second room had two single beds and the third room had the worst view and outdated uninviting bathroom. We booked three nights but ended up leaving after the first. We ended up losing money and had to find another hotel situation last minute. Not part of our vacation plans! We have always had good experiences booking.com . I suggest you send one of your staff to access the hotel your self. The first and forth photo below are the views from our bedroom.

The local bus services are quite limited in the area after around18.00-19.00 hours.
