The breakfast and the landscape is really nice. The rooms are really comfortable.

Almost nothing was including in the price, they said there were activites but you had to pay much more extra for every extra thing you wanted to do, even playing darts or pool...

Fun place with lots of activities. We loved the spa and mini golf! The rooms were great and the beds amazing!

The general pool area was very plain and seemed old. Could use an update to be up to standard with the other things.

The breakfast was very good and tasty. The location is OK if you use your own car.The golf courses and restaurants in the area are excellent.

Since balcony are all connected if you have young and party willing neighbour it could be noise. But the revlception is ready to solve your problem

Facilities were great.swimming pool with sauna, bowling, mini golf and golf. Room was a good size, with terrace and minibar. Breakfast was superb!

The breakfast was really good with lots of choices. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Lots of activities at Himmerland.

The nature around the hotel is very beautiful and the spa was a very nice experience. All the restaurants we used (the spa and Hul 19) were great. The breakfast was amazing with a great selection. We really enjoyed the waffle machine! Delicious! They were also very attentive to our dog. They left a bowl and some treats for her in the room.

The only thing we missed was some slippers and robe in the room. We got some in the spa but it got wet cause we used it there so we couldn't use it in the room as well.

As we where delivering to the golf course it was the only choice in the area. Good facilities around the hotel.

A bit isolated. No other restaurants or bars close to hotel.

Breakfast was pretty good, but the muesli was a bit strange, with lots of different seeds in it.The building is brand new, and huge. The restaurant serves good evening meals, which saves the trouble of driving to a village to find food. Wifi was excellent.

A covered car park is being constructed nearby, with a bit of associated mess. Our GPS took us to the right area, but it was not obvious how to approach the hotel, as tradesman vehicles were blocking the road.

We enjoyed the pool and surroundings. The landscape was beautiful.

The facility was in some parts under renovation.

It is a fantastic destination for families with kids. The rooms are spotless clean, comfortable, practical and beautifully decorated. The swimming pool is a huge hit with the kids, so is the playroom and outdoor play area. The restaurant is lovely, relaxed, good service and delicious food. The kids meals are well planned, healthy and presented in a fun way. The complimentary coloring books that the kids got given in the restaurant were a really nice touch. We have been to Himmerland 3 times all ready and will be back again :)

Nothing I can think of. The stairs in the family rooms are a bit kid-unfriendly but that is the only thing I can think of mentioning.

Nothing to dislike

The breakfast was tasty and with great selection, despite the fact that it was much more Corona-conform than any other hotel during the road trip at the time. If you want to golf or bowl, it's great to have these facilities nearby.

There aren't really any jogging / hiking / walking routes nearby; golf is what you're supposed to do here. We also couldn't get a table at any of the restaurants except for the bar at the bowling alley, so we didn't get to have a proper dinner since there is nothing else but the hotel within kilometres. It was a Saturday and there was at least one wedding happening at the same time, so maybe we had bad luck or maybe this is how summer weekends always are there.

I think everything in the hotel is of a good quality. I really enjoyed the local products (hands soap / shampoo). I really like that this is a place where also people that don't come to play gold can enjoy the stay. We enjoyed the activities available - skattejagt, krea, pool, play area...

We would have loved a play area for the kids that was a bit bigger.
