- The lack of any facilities. There was no restaurant or coffee making facilities at all. When we asked the receptionist for a coffee from the bar, she said she was too busy waiting for a party of people to arrive therefore we didn't get a drink. There was nowhere open in the area to get anything.

The location itself is great and well connected between villages nearby Cremona. The hotel looks wonderful, with a broad parking and comfortable and cosy rooms. The staff was always very welcoming, friendly and helpful when needed. Rooms were clean every day which was a pro.
the walls may be a bit too thin, therefore we could hear tv sounds from the next room, as well as flushing probably from the rooms above

Very big suit at first floor on the side of the hotel with big bathroom. Very clean. Nice breakfast. Free car park in front of the hotel. For lunch or diner I recommend: l'osteria La Resca (local food: bolitti) on the road to Cremona close the hotel, L'osteria del Milglio at Pieve San Giacomo (local food) and L'osteria del Cavo at Cremona (excellent risotti, must be reserved in advance).
