Pros +
- It was a beautiful drive.
- I loved everything about this hotel. They have an exceptional staff at every level. The check-in staff is very kind and helpful. My room was large and had a nice bath. I ate in both the restaurant and cafeteria and found the food quite good. The breakfast buffet was exceptional -- food fresh and tasty. I used both indoor "circuito" baths and the outdoor pool multiple times and both were fantastic. There are beautiful open spaces on the property which itself is set in a rural area surrounded by olive and almond groves. I had a great massage here too. This is an old-school resort and my fellow guests were welcoming and friendly. I would not hesitate to return -- I look forward to it.
- Nice clean and friendly reception staff. Clean room with the trimmings.
Cons -
- The pool area did not have much shade and the massages were suppose3d to be 90 minutes and they were only 60- It was very old fashioned and the food was not very good.
- This is a beautiful place with great service, so I am hesitant to be unkind but I will say -- and others have made the same observation -- that the beds/mattresses should be modernized. They skew on the hard side. Perhaps as a Norte Americano I am used to softer beds. But I'm sure most -- regardless of nationality -- prefer them.
- For dining make sure you're in the restaurant for 2030 as it closes @2100 hr if you are a Brit, latter if you are Spanish!!Hotel is off the beaten track but expected that while doing a Solo motorbike tour.Take note there's no Petrol station around locally!!!!

Staff very helpful- especially waiters. The pool is amazing set in such a peaceful area. We thought the food was top class.
no fridge in the room . Opening toiletries was a challenge- in packets.
Great staff and very good traditional spanish Food. Go for Dinner at the Restaurant at 1st floor. Very good 3 course Men
Beautiful quiet location. Great facilities & lovely staff. Rooms are huge, lovely gardens & spa area.
The warm pool was a bonus, and the facilities around it were good. We had a pleasant room, and enjoyed a good dinner at the a la carte restaurant. The setting is deep in the valley surrounded by nature.
The shaded setting and altitude meant that our room was unexpectedly cold.
Good food and service ?
Beds and pillows. No coffee in the morning. Expenciv jacuzzi and fasilities. Not good. Should be more inklusiv ?
Not for younger travellers
The facilities were dated and it was more like a retirement home. All treatments were very expensive. Food and drink were also expensive. Needs some considerable investment. Not for younger travellers
The location is very pretty and we enjoyed the thermal pool.
The hotel is a bit old fashioned.
Evening was very good service excellent
Bed was too firm. No kettle or fridge in room. Didn’t see the point of wearing swim cap in the pool
Very friendly staf and clean rooms . Lovely baths and surandings.
Nor so much vegetarian food during daytime.
the spa was really nice
hotel seems a hospital for old people. hotel rooms are completely outdated. no nice views.
spa bath 1 hot bath 1 whirl pool 1 hot Roman style pool
very very outdated hotel And rooms was more like a 1960s old people home
Everything was clean big bedroom the outdoor swimming pool and the jacuzzi was fine
the road approaching the hotel due to the condition and no lighting at night time on the said road and needs more sign showing the whereabout of the hotel
Picturesque, lovely selection for continental breakfast
Poor directions, no teasmade facilities, inadequate pool times: closed when we arrived then only open again while we went cafe hunting. no snack lunch menu, very noisy guests,
The thermal waters and location.
Old ,worn down hotel in great need for renovation.
The breakfast was okay, but not great. No hot food. Coffee was good.
We had to find things out ourselves by asking lots of questions. We were not given any information about where things were, breakfast times etc.
Interesting place with warm baths.Room was roomyPools are nice like one big warm outside.
Our bed was not good. So hard that it made back problems. Not the standard usual in Spain.
