The staff was very welcoming, I had to change the dates twice and they didn't have any problem. They also gave us breakfast and tea which wasn't included in the price.

The view from the hotel was beautiful and eveyone working at the hotel was very welcoming and nice. I have recommended the hotel to my cousins visiting Velventos next summer.
Fantastic location, spotlessly clean, big rooms, the view is unbelievable, the breakfast is excellent, the people are friendly and kind. The village takes you on a journey to another era. Open the balcony door and you are in the forest, squirrels on our balcony. The kids loved it. Plus the new pool with the pool bar. We will come again for sure.
