An excellent boutique hotel with breathtaking views. The room was spacious, comfortable, and included a private balcony overlooking the stunning landscape. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, and the breakfast was rich and varied. The hotel is located in a charming town that hosted a beautiful summer festival during our stay - a truly memorable experience.

Our stay at Taubers Unterwirt was absolutely incredible—this place is the very definition of true hospitality. We were there for a couple of nights during our honeymoon and sincerely wish we had stayed longer. The staff went above and beyond in the most thoughtful and discreet way to make our stay unforgettable. The breakfast is hands down the best I’ve ever had in a hotel: so much choice, everything delicious and of amazing quality. We didn’t get the half board and instantly regretted it: dinner was a gastronomic experience, both in taste and presentation. Having access to the pool and spa was definitely a plus, it felt amazing to relax there after a long drive. Taubers Unterwirt isn’t just a hotel, it’s a destination in itself. We’ll be back, and we’ll definitely stay longer next time! Thank you again :)

If you go solely for skiing in the mountains it requires quite some driving time but is doable.

Everything was great! We were just passing through and stayed for one night, but we loved the idyllic Alpine vibes, cozy atmosphere and beautiful decor. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect for outdoor activities. A fantastic experience - we’d love to come back!

Wasn’t told by staff that the ski resort the shuttle goes to wasn’t suitable for young toddlers and first time skiiers. When asked they said it was fine but when we arrived we had to get a taxi back to the hotel which was 110 euros, as we couldn’t wait there with our 1 and 2 year old for 7 hours doing nothing for the shuttle to bring us back. Other than that the rest of the stay in the hotel was nice.

All the stuff super friendly and nice. The hotel was fine. The room was good, comfortable and clean. The spa really good. The spritz it’s a must!

It was a bit weird that I can’t decide where to sit during breakfast or dinner and they decide the table for you. The quality of the massage in the spa is not really profesional in terms of know how. But people friendly. But maybe my standard of massage is really high.

Food and wine were amazing. Staff was very nice. Rooms are very spacious.

I missed coffee maker or at least water boiler in the room. Also, it would be nice if we had more towels.

The dinner was excellent I highly recommend the half board. The children loved the pool. The rooms were great and the maid service was very thorough.

Lack of air conditioning in the rooms (with 30 degrees was a bit hot) and restaurant was too hot.Some features (like afternoon snack, goodbye gift or late check out) were only granted for free to direct customers, not through booking.com

We arrived very late due to the flight delay. The receptionist is very kind to come to check us in.

The room is hot.

It’s a nice small hotel with very friendly staff and proximity to Dolomites. We really enjoyed our visit.

The only negative point was the spa that was actually limited to a small outside pool (there might be a sauna and a possibly to book a massage, but it is closed most of the time), and there was no even a shower gel in the “spa” area.

The room was hot (in summer time), no air con in the room, we have to open the window in the night. We couldn't sleep because we didn't get the information to open the window while we were sleeping at night. Unfortunately, if we open the window (we already opened it just before we have slept), there were little animal (like little butterfly) came in.. :(

Food was great. Staff very friendly and competent.

Nothing really. Some of the rooms are getting ready for an upgrade. Our room was well positioned and everything was very clean.

The staff at reception is very responsive, professional, and friendly.

We booked via booking.com, and the booking not sending to hotel properly. So we have a bit struggle on the check-in process. however the staff manage the situation well. Next, the dinner was so delay between dish to dish. And the table not serving you as first come first serve, but they book the table for you already and we have to sit there every time while we stay in the hotel. And if you don’t like that table, it’s hard to change because all tables were fixed to each guest. We book junior suite and did not know about the logic of table before, then we have table with no windows inside even you pay more or less that others. Enjoy the dish? Not at all. Once is enough for this kind of service in part of dining and breakfast.
