All very Clean. Spacious bathroom and shower.

I prefer thicker pillows, the pillows here have a very thin filling.

Stuff and location are perfect and hotel have spirit

This time my accomodation is on ground floor and its not good. Room are far more betther on first floor And its close to stuff rooms and its too much activitys and noise.

Perfect location on the way between Poland & Germany. Very friendly staff! Good breakfast. Good price - quality ratio.

Really practical as we was there for a goalie camp and the ice rink is literally next to the hotel. Super clean and the staff was really accommodating and the breakfast was great value!

Nothing really.

The hotel building is attached to an Ice rink and is proabbly mainly used by people who come here for sport. The room was nice and clean and equipped with copious amount electric sockets, that we found very useful to charge all our equipment. The Velkopopovicky Kozel brewery is located right the next door and there is also a very good restaurant called Kozlovna with delicious food and fantastic beer. We were allowed to park our motorcycles right at the entrance monitored by surveillance cameras.

Maybe check-out till 11:00 would be more appreciated than till 10:00.

Everything is very clean. The room smells nice. The staff is very kind. Breakfast is excellent.

The hotel is quite near the highway so a good stop during a travel, the room was confortable with nice bed, the staff was friendly and professional especially Marketa that was super and really helpfull, breakfast was ok.

The near restaurant have not a good chef, he sell me a rumpsteak when i ordered a ribeye with prices totally different, when i go back to tell him he didnt refund me and offered me a free lunch tha i didnt accept, he was an arrogant clown.

Great reception staff, very helpful and open! Maybe Hotel u Ledu (Hotel near Ice) doesn't look impresive from outside, but the rooms are perfect and clean, have comfortable beds. They found a secure place to store our bikes for the night (big thanks for that)!There are two great restaurants nearby (from the same owner?)... Velkopopovická Kozlovna is superb! Hotel u Ledu is a perfect spot to visit the brewery and for a short stop on a longer route!

Nice and quiet, very clean and exceptionally kind staff.

If I had to point out something negative, the TV wasn't working. But other than that, nothing to complain about.

The staff was so helpful and welcoming. There was a nice restaurant colocated on the property. The breakfast was filled with delicious options and you got to watch professional or semi professional ice hockey while eating!

Very friendly staff. Didn't experience any of the hotels other facilities or services. Good restaurant next door.

Pillows (but they are Czech style so to be expected just wasn't comfortable for me). Would have preferred a shower in the bathroom rather than bath.

Nice staff, clean room. Matresses were comfortable but beds were rather small.

The rooms are very clean and fragrant! There are a little coffe/tea station for you in the room with a bottle of water. I think it is very kind and a good gesture.

Great overnighter, close to the higway, friendly staff, plentiful parking right in front. Rooms big enough with 2x power sockets per bed, very clean. Even has extras we didn't have time to use.

Restaurant was right next door but would not serve us even though we arrived more than an hour before closing time, Not the hotel's fault, but worth mentioning if you are arriving late and hoping for a quick dinner. Same thing a few meters further in Kozel restaurant.
