Harbour views from windows

No assistance with luggage on arrival, basic room renovation, limited breakfast options, very overpriced accomodation

Everything was excellent from start to finish. Fabulous breakfast included which set us up for the day X

Pillows need to be updated on the beds. Not comfy enough - ( I am a Global pillow rater and it makes all the difference to a great night’s sleep ? !! ) xx

Really enjoyed my stay here. And I did have an absolutely fabulous room with its expansive terrace overlooking the sea and marina. So special. My one suggestion is that the bed mattress possibly be replaced with one that is newer/more comfy. In general, I loved all that the hotel has to offer... including an easy walk to the Spilia restaurant where there are rocks and a ladder from which one can slip down into the sea. I did this as a nice morning swim. Lovely.

I wish that the hotel had some more options for an aperratif and snacks in the early evening. This would be a nice offering.

Location and view from the terrace were amazing.

Bed and pillows weren’t comfortable.

We booked the room with the balcony which was pricey but worth it. The view of the harbor and city were awesome. The breakfast was exceptional. Kallisti the hostess is absolutely wonderful and very attentive. The hotel

If you decide to stay here there are several steps to main floor.

Place, view, interior, overall hospitality. A very delicious breakfast on a beautiful terrace.

Minor things: the general dimmer for light wasn't working (but secondary near the bed was ok). Hydra massage in the bath wasn't working.

A bit expensive

Our terrace overlooking the harbor was stunning. Even so it was very hot, we decided to take our breakfast on the main terrace outside. We loved the choices. The location is the best in Hydra if staying in town and we haven't been disturbed at all by the noises of the in-and outgoing boats.

The fact that the terrace apartment does not actually have a private terrace and thought it was a bit misleading.The fact that there are no drinks or bar service in the actual common terrace that has great views. Breakfast was not the best given the five star location.

There is no food room service. There is no Gym facilty in the hotel.

it is an old mansion in Hydra very well preserved and with the greatest view that you can imagine. it’s awesome.

THE PROPERTY WAS NOT INEXPENSIVE, A SPLURGE ESCAPE, BUT IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT IN ANY WAY! THE MANAGER WAS FANTASTIC, THE LOCATION WAS IDEAL AND THE SETTING PERFECT. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RETURN.

There was nothing i did not like

The hotel was stunning and it would have been a 10/10 BUT the peep holes in the ceilings above all the showers and the baths were seriously creepy. We booked 3 rooms for our family and all three rooms had a creepy peep hole in the ceiling. Not cool!

This would have to be the best accommodation in Hydrea. The location is incredible with views over the town, harbour and sea Our room was spacious with an extremely comfortable bed and windows that actually open!Each morning we were given a different breakfast menu from which to select.- the food was delicious ? The host- Michael was 11/10. He was so dedicated to ensuring that our stay was happy and easy and enjoyable. Nothing was too hard for him. If only every hotel had such a superb host.

Would have liked a kettle and tea bags in our room so we could have a cup of tea upon waking in the morning. Also suggest a larger, more powerful, hairdryer. The cheap small one seemed at odds with such an exclusive property.

The hotel is clean and elegant - the best view on the island - the hotel staff is highly qualified - friendly - helped us book restaurants and transportation as well - I highly recommend it
