Paid for a room with Jacuzzi which did not work at all. They where very and offered to fix it, but we did not have the time to test again. Wife tried to blow dry her hair and the blow dryer broke in her hands.Apart from those 2 issues everything else was as expected.

The location was perfect and the common area and Buffett area was very nice.

The shower had only hand held shower head. No hand soap for washing hands. No kettle.

This is the most comfortable hotel, with a perfect location, excellent staff, and a delicious restaurant. This hotel has everything—breathtaking views, tasty meals, and beautiful beaches. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to travel to Greece.

Rooms a little cramped and not arranged well.

We had a Forest Triple Room with Balcony. It had one double bed and a bunk bed, which the kids liked.Without exception, the staff was always helpful and friendly, be it for calling a taxi, renting a car or helping with a jammed sink. The restaurant was nice, and so was the beach. The hotel is located a few minutes from the port by taxi (which costs about 5 or 6 Euros per trip). There are plenty restaurants and cafes, a quad/bike rental and a supermarket in walking distance.

The Forest Triple Room was the most affordable room, and it turned out very basic. Two things I did not like very much were the closets, which were only about 20cm deep, and the bathroom. It was very small and the shower had a flat entry and only a shower curtain, so the floor was always wet after showering. The sink also had a strange design, encouraging spills. The balcony was facing the parking lot and was too narrow for 4 persons, but that did not bother us and was kind of expected for the price.

Hotel desperately needs renovation! Pool was not heated, gym is in terrible condition, breakfast is very basic but you charge as if it is Michelin restaurant.

Amazing view- worth all the money. Very comfortable beds. Full blinds so u can sleep in. Prompt service. Has a playground on hotel ground. The restaurant had a panoramic sea view. Loved it.

Food is mediocre. Sometimes the bathroom sewage smells.

The staff is very kind and the room vas very clean and made us really comfortable.The balcony had a beautiful view.The Double bed we had was very comfortable as well.

We had a mountain view in the back that really looked mostly at part of the parking lot. The room was comfortable and the AC worked well. The pool is convenient on the first floor and while we were the only people there someone came for us to order drinks. The sand beach is lovely and the water is clear.

Location to beach and size if the property was large and staff was great the lady at reception was very helpful and formative. Rita who delivered food and drink in the beach was great very hard working and made our stay enjoyable. Property was very clean.

The bed was soft and nice. however it was very high and I had problems climbing on. I am 163cm. The food at dinner time quality needs to be improved was not of the usual high standard we have eaten in Greece throughout our holiday, breakfast was good. The bar man I believe his name is Nikos was rude to me as I was waiting in reception the first day to check in and was told to go around to the bar and have a drink so I asked him what is the choice he said it’s the soft drink over there he pointed in a sarcastic voice, I said oh sorry I didn’t realise as I was informed to go around to the bar and have a drink and at other hotels I been it’s been a complimentary alcohol drunk he said in again in a rude manner you don’t have to drink it if you don’t want to.

We liked the hotel which we visit almost every year, because of the nice bright rooms, the sandy clear beach, the amazing view from the rooms and the open air restaurant and also for his wonderful terrace and rooftop bar. Also the rooms have the best beds you have ever slept. The staff is very friendly and especially Athanassia on the reseption and the owner Kyriakos Manessis are always there to satisfy every wish you have!

Great location

Too expensive for the service they offer. No amenities of a 4-star hotel, e.g. no coffee machine in the room, a very small fridge, very small bathroom that needs renovation, an unacceptable swimming pool. It should be a 3-stars hotel rather than 4-stars. The staff was really nice but needs training to reach a proffessional level. The restaurant and the menu also need upgrade.
