No staff or guidance not very welcoming
I made a reservation and they cancelled it the day before my arrival by calling me. I had to call them multiple times so they would at least send me a written message confirming that the cancellation was because they overbooked, their behavior was very unprofessional. They afterwards ignored my messages about the refund and it wasn't until I contacted booking that they started processing the cancellation and refund. This was over a month after so it seems like they had no intention of returning the money until booking contacted them. Until that point booking had zero info about the cancellation.
