Halifa was so kind to lend me his umbrella for the day so I could take advantage of seeing the island. The restaurant workers were very friendly. Amazing location, great view and balcony.

There is practically no reception desk. There is somebody who answers a phone sometimes only, but not always. Half the lights were not working. There was only one power outlet per side on the bed and was occupied by two lamps. I asked for a multiple external power outlet with 3 plugs for my laptop, phone charger and the bedside lamp and the one they did bring me was half broken and only one plug was working. The bathroom is rather drab and depressing, very basic and the view from the bathroom window is not pleasant to say the least, as it overlooks something that resembles an industrial area. The view from the main windows/ balcony is good though and as advertised. The tv didn't have a remote and I wasn't provided one even though I asked for it repeatedly. There is no dining area and they use an adjacent Cafe restaurant as a breakfast and dining area. Respectable but the breakfast is very limited although it had the basics like toast, bacon and eggs. There is no elevator in the ground floor and you have to use the stairs to go to the first floor to get to the elevator. If you have suitcases you need assistance (just a waiter from the restaurant if there is someone available). There is a mini fridge in the room but it was unplugged and I had to wait for it to start cooling. Beware of that if you need a refrigerator for sensitive items.

Located close to the beach,, cafes, restaurants, landmarks and tour operators. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was great and our room was clean and spacious.

The room, bed and amenities are excellent and the host are marvellous. Our stay was only 2 night but their suggestions on what to do on our one day was excellent.

The weather was unfriendly which cancelled our blue caves tour but another option was suggested.

The location at the port close to restaurants and bars

The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the view from the balcony over the harbour was stunning. All the staff at Dali always greeted us with a smile and had time for a chat. The location was perfect just a couple of minutes walk to the main square and with a good variety of restaurants close by. We booked a half day tour with Dali Tours down to see the Turtles. Saw a turtle in the water. Had a great trip and the price was very reasonable.

For us everything was perfect.

Location, staff and comfort all make this place extremely ideal.

The staff was very helpful and kind, the room was clean and cleaned every day, the location is amazing. The breakfast was good, the waitress másé excellent caffe every time.

The double bed was uncomfortable, it had 2 matresses and they were slippery during sleeping.

Bathrooms needs some small renovations

This hotel is right along the harbour - we had a beautiful view from our room. Was super close to both ferry ports and restaurants. The staff were amazing! They helped us coordinate a taxi as well as making us a to-go breakfast for the morning the night before as we had a very early ferry. Would recommend for any other travellers passing through!

The property was in a good location, very nice room. Didn’t have a view of the sea on our balcony but it was still very nice. The staff was also very friendly with a good supply of bottled water.

The water was slightly salty and a few drain flies.

I liked the view. The staff was very kind.

The bathroom needs renovation and the towels are old.

AMAZING ! I loved the location, the amazing sea view, the terrace was gorgeous, the lady in the office super sweet and professional. The room is just outstanding. Super super clean. Nothing bad to say. The hotel is also organizing tours so you can be stress free. Breakfast is included and it’s also super good. I would 100% recommend. Great value for money. Best room I have stayed in.

I LOVED EVERYTHING

The location and view.

It was dirty, I had a very dirty floor upon arrival and when told the reception they told me cleaner was coming back tomorrow. As I only checked in I told them the floor should have been clean so they came and mopped it with I don’t know what but still felt filthy and smelt. There were ants everywhere, when I told reception they said there is nothing they can do. They was a very dirty bowl in the cupboard and when I told reception they didn’t care and didn’t bother to come clean or take it away. The kitchen is not well equiped at all and the drain is extremely rusty. The hotel rooms are dated, staff don’t seem to care and cleanliness is not a priority. It is an extremely overpriced hotel!
