Paspalis Hotel

We absolutely love it here, location A1, staff are amazing , food excellent,

We had 2 rooms here an older room with lots of space and storage, and a new room with sun beds on the balcony , but no storage, if we had one tiny criticism it would be for a set of drawers for clothing but we will still definitely go back

Lovely hotel facing the beach. Friendly welcome, great room with sea view and very comfortable bed. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the facilities were very good. There was never a problem getting a sun bed at the pool. Plenty of restaurants nearby although the food in the restaurant was very nice and reasonably priced.

The breakfast was the same everyday and could be doing with more variety. We have noticed most hotels serve a selection of cake, but in Paspalis that was only one and it was a bit dry as were the croissants.

Our apartment was spacious and quiet, with plenty of storage space and hangers. The bed was comfortable and our balcony had a view to the sea. Breakfast was ample and the staff were friendly. It was a 10 minute walk to the main street with shops and restaurants which were buzzy in the evening. We love cats so were happy to make friends with so many wherever we went.

Location directly across from beach, nice pool and friendly staff. The little details also made a difference, clothes hanging rack off balcony was very handy

Nothing to dislike

Very quiet hotel, chilled atmosphere. Prime location by the beach . Nice breakfast .

Housekeeping could be just a bit more . We stayed 5 nights, and they only came to make the beds, no other housekeeping services.

Beautiful location, literally across the road from the sea. We had a balcony with a sea view, affording the most amazing sun rise, 10 minute walk from busier streets of Skala, with lots of great restaurants. Hotel restaurant was wonderful too.

Going home

Everything was excellent- perfect location, just by the beach with a nice view of the sea from the balcony. Nice cosy room with a very comfy bed. The best scrambled eggs for breakfast paired with local feta cheese alongside many other options. The staff were friendly and professional. Overall a gem of a place in a very nice resort.

The location was right on the beach. The beachfront area with was rocky, but nice. The pool area is nice and right next to the restaurant and bar in case youd like to have a drink while swimming. The breakfast was extensive and delicious - nectarines, fresh fruit, yogurt, breads and pastries, fresh vegetables, feta, lunch meats, eggs - really nice spread. Oh they also had a travel library and I exchanged some books and always had something great to read!

You have to pay extra for the lounge chairs on the beach - its $10 for 2 chairs. Which is also inconvenient if youre a solo traveler. It was busy season, so on the day I checked in the front desk let me know that they could only keep me in the same room for 4 days and then I had to swap rooms. On the 4th day I had a trip all day so I wasnt able to move my own things and Im appreciate they did it - but it was a bit of a hassle to have to pack up prior to departure and then get a new room on the lower level. I think that was just due to busy season.

Excellent location across the road from beach & 5 min walk to town. Good atmosphere at pool & bar/restaurant. Supermarket & lots of restaurants & bars all within walking distance.

Great location and facilities. Staff were fantastic.

Rooms could have been brighter when dark - improve lighting slightly.

Lovely, friendly staff, perfect location, tasty food at the restaurant, clean swimming pool, across the road from the beach. We stayed in a recently built modern room which was lovely. We had an awesome stay and would highly recommend.

The location was ideal. Opposite the beach and near the town.

Off street parking was available but was tight spacing.

Loved the hotel. Location excellent. 5 minute walk to all restaurants in square and 500 yards from nearest supermarket. Views of sea whilst eating breakfast and evening meal were amazing. Staff so friendly and rooms cleaned everyday and linen changed every 3 days. We had top floor room with excellent view of pool and sea. Didn't want to come home!

Coming home!

Fantastic location right by the beach and a short walk in to town, the Paspalis retains a local taverna feel that is welcoming and relaxing. The bar area is a great place to relax and the quality of the food in the restaurant is as good as anywhere else we eat during our stay.

Buffet breakfast delicious. Air-con, wi-fi and safe included. Shade as well as sun around the pool. Friendly vibe. Pretty gardens. Welcoming staff. Location opposite beach. Close to Captain Vangelis Boat Trips jetty. Short walk to taxi-rank and village. Lovely food in Taverna.

The block we were in was very sheltered and did not benefit from the breeze which made it extremely hot but that is no fault of the hotel.
