Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice every day. Staff were very friendly and helpful and both the rooms and communal areas were immaculate.

We were happy with the whole experience.

The location, facilities & staff were absolutely wonderful-couldn’t recommend more! Big shout out to Alex, Panos, Helen & the cleaner from the Philippines (Lica?).

The gym could use more dumbbells & an exercise bench for a proper workout (but we made do). The breakfast is also not reflective of a 4 star hotel, more fresh, authentic food please!

A lovely family run hotel, with great staff who make your stay a relaxed one. Alex and Sophie are really helpful, and will happily help to arrange car hire, taxis etc. The breakfast menu is plentiful enough, and Helen and the staff do a great job. Quiet location, so quiet at night which is exactly what we wanted. Not too far from Skala, and other beaches along the south coast.Under 15 min walk to the local beach, where there are plenty of places to eat. A lovely week long stay.

Requested a room with walk in shower, which was good. Otherwise bathroom could do with a little updating, but this is a minor thing.

Poor breakfast

This is a great family run hotel about 10 mins walk from the beach. We had a room on the top floor which gave us a sea view. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool area is lovely with lots of sun loungers and has a good sized pool so doesn’t feel busy. Lunch from the bar was lovely with lots of choice.

Fabulous, friendly, accommodating staff. Bar food was delicious. Reasonably priced food and drink. Beautiful, clean hotel and fabulous pool. Lovely restaurants down by the sea front which was not too long a walk. Would definitely come back!

Smart, clean quite resort with lovely gardens and a beautiful pool. Friendly and helpful staff.

We were disappointed that the pool closed at 8 pm. It would have been nice to have been able to swim at night.

The upgraded room was spacious and very clean. Good powerful shower and a very comfortable bed. The pool area was beautifully clean and had plenty of sunbeds for the guests. Only 10 minute walk to plenty of local tavernas. Presented with a gift on check out which was very thoughtful and was excellent quality.

The pool towels were only allowed to be changed once in the 10 day period, more regular changing would have been appreciated. The lunch menu at the snack bar was very reasonable but the selection could have been a bit larger.

Great family dynamics. Very compassionate, attend to all your needs. Alex his brother Chris always with a smile. Did everything to please us. My wife and I thank them immensely.

Extremely friendly, helpful & respectful staff.Lovely clean room with combined land & sea view.Relaxed atmosphere adults only.Can't fault this hotel would recdomend to anyone.

Asked for a one hour late check out was declined because they had someone checking in at 12.00pm and was asked to be out 11.00am sharp after they advertise a 3.00pm check inThe breakfast was not the best Rooms need update

Clean , tidy, quiet and extremely friendly

So clean and modern. We love the pool and the fact you don’t have to “reserve” a sun bed, me holiday pet hate!The staff are fantastic and welcoming back after our 4th visit. We will be back next year - for sure!

The staff are friendly and very efficient. Rooms cleaned every day, pool and surrounding areas were spotless. Location to town perfect 1.5km walk approximately. Couldn’t do enough for you

The breakfast could have been more varied . It was very simple and we would have liked more choices over the 10 days. The gym is really only a small room with very limited facilities .. so shouldn’t feature as a main requirement if you filter your search on gym !!!

No change of pool towel allowed until 1 week. Ugh!Breakfast very ordinary and mostly unvaried. Eggs alternate between fried and scrambled.Melon -honeydew and water- is the only fresh fruit. Bathroom dated- shower over bath with a screen which leaked water.Toiletries are not special.Gym- no water, towels or air con. some very new kit and some very old and barely functional.

Beautiful inside and out! Spotlessly clean, could eat you're dinner off the floor, excellent friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you!

Pool very cold and it was very warm but the breeze probably made it colder sometimes

everything! myself and my friend booked a short but sweet trip to Kefalonia and this resort had everything we needed

everything was fantastic, however we had seen bad reviews on the breakfast but we thought it was a very lovely selection of hot and cold sweet and savoury.. only downside is that it starts at 8.30… when going on a day trip and needing to leave by 7.45 and no local shops being open meant we had no breakfast those mornings upsettingly..
