Katrina's apartments

The property is in a lovely location, just outside of Skala High Street. A quiet and peaceful area within easy walking distance of the beach and many tavernas. The apartment was spotlessly clean with a pretty decor. A must for anyone who is seeking a tranquil break in a beautiful, friendly village. The views across Skala Bay are breathtaking. Christa and her sister are the perfect hosts, and nothing is too much trouble to ensure your stay is perfect.

It was spacious and lots of wardrobe space.

We were on the third floor but still had loads of ants in the room.

Nice location, with rapid acces to the tavernas and shops. Great and different breakfast every day. 5 minutes by car to Kamini Beach.

5 minutes from the center, breakfast is served in the room. Clean and spacious.

Any facilities to dry beach towls.

The room was clean and modern, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast served to your room was a nice touch. The owners were very pleasant and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this place for couples. About five minutes walk to the main part of town and a further five minutes to the beach. Car parking was easy and close by.

Nice apartment, bit small bathroom. Clean.

Comfortable bed.

Nothing to welcome you apart from 2 small bottles of water. Noisy from dogs and vehicles. Balcony dirty. Uncomfortable seats. Bathroom was dirty and poorly lit. Toilet seat didn’t fit. Shower flooded the bathroom making floor very dangerous. Shower head broken.dirty toilet roll holder. Toilet pan stained. Basin loose. Poorly decorated. Poorly equipped kitchen. Kitchen sink not sealed properly. No teatowel No coffee machine no toaster nothing to cook on. No curtain at window which you could see the bed. Shelf hanging off wall. Wardrobe no use for long dresses had to hang them off the end. Hair dryer lead not long enough to dry hair in mirror. Breakfast not to our taste. Was told the room would be service once during the week stay. Bedding and towels were changed but no sweeping of floors or cleaning bathroom. Tiles broken and missing by the bed. Hosts said ask if we wanted anything but very overbearing. We did tell them we on had one knife and spoon. But the list was long. We found somewhere else to stay for last two nights.

Excellent owners who couldn’t do enough for us. Wonderful location just a walk down into Skala. Light and airy room with a lovely balcony! Breakfast brought to us to eat on the balcony every morning. Extremely grateful to the two sisters who run these apartments who really looked after us.

A comfortable apartment on the top floor with a small balcony, beautiful views of Skala.Extra pillows as requested.A good breakfast was included and was served in our room, slightly different options each day.Very friendly staff.The balcony was lovely to use later in the day as it was in the shade.Clean with toiletries providedThe walk into Skala was 10_15 mins, a lovely walk with lots of refreshment stops on the way, especially Nikos ice cream?The beach is lovely, long with lovely water.

Our room was on the top floor with beautiful view of the town and sea, although basic the roomwas comfortable,clean and had everything we needed

Good price, friendly owners and staff…. Breakfast was good and lovely views from balcony.

Understood before booking but it is a good walk up the hill….. after a nice meal and a few drinks this can be seen as a good thing or not depending on who’s staying there.

It has a tv, wardrobe, kitchen, fridge and cutlery.

- Good shower pressure- Nice complimentary breakfast of fruits, bread, pastries and eggs. And juice.- Nice balcony- Serviced every 3 days but they will bring whatever you like or change your bins on request. - Kind, trustworthy hospitable staff. - 5 min walk to town. - Large fridge and freezer. - Bedroom is modern - Clean

- bathroom is like a wet room, it does dry quickly though. Window is left open so best to keep the door shut for bugs.- There was a window next to our kitchen that has no privacy looks straight from outside to our whole room and bed. We covered this with plastic bags. - Balcony is shared with the next room- Small tv with local channels - There is a hairdryer but you have to ask for it.- Slight incline walk from town- No kitchen just sink.

A nice spot. Owners very pleasant and helpful Lovely balcony to sit on in the mornings and evenings.

Great location - quiet but only a 5 min walk to bars/restaurants and the beachfront. Ample free parking. Chrisa and her sister Anna were so friendly and welcoming and quick to respond to messages. The room was bigger than expected and fitted to a modern style but still cosy. Bed extremely comfortable, and we loved that breakfast was served to the room daily, which we ate on the balcony. Good food and varied selection. The room was clean, and communal gardens were a bonus. Overall lovely stay in Skala, and we would love to come back! Thank you.

The view,location. Had everything you needed. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

I haven’t really got anything negative to say. My only tip that I could probably say that I think would help is to maybe have a piece of paper in the room that explains the whole check out procedure.

Great room, everything you need and comfortable. Easy walk to restaurants and beach. Always someone on hand to deal with issues. Will be back

WiFi could do with an upgrade, a bit patchy.

Breakfast delivered on a tray and sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.

Nothing but if you are not up for a 10 minute walk uphill not for you but ok for us

A good location at the top of town, around 10 minutes walk to the beach. Friendly and welcoming hosts who accommodated a late check in. Lovely views from the balcony and set in nice gardens.

Quite noisy with passing traffic and based on proximity to other apartments and being on a middle floor, noise from other guests.
