they forgot to clean the room some days and I had to call them to clean it, but the rest very good

The breakfast was excellent, very tasty and a huge choice of stuff.

The WiFi connection was the whole time far too weak, Internet not accessible . The worst performance we have ever experienced in a hotel. especially of this category. I had to switch to 4G mobile access for data, unfortunately with a weak signal in that location.The cleaning of the floor is done only superficially: lot of dust below the furniture e.g. below the sofa in the living room.

The facilities were modern, room was extra large, big shower with excellent water pressure, elevator made getting around the hotel easy.. The breakfast was the best we have had on our trip - lots of choices, great food and plenty of it. The nearby restaurant in the same complex had very good, reasonably priced meals. Plenty of parking was available. The hotel was near major roadways so easy in and out.

The hotel is very modern and the rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is top and we loved the staff, they are really friendly and helpful.We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others.

Is in an industrial area, but not far from the town. It’s a pity it doesn’t have anything in the rooms that we can make ourselves a cup of tea or coffee.

I stay here on business, 6-8 times per year. Always good. Ample parking. Very clean, comfortable, great staff, fantastic breakfast and good restaurant for the evenings. Always a great experience.

The sauna didn't worked, but we where late to ask staff for help.

One blanket cover was full of rips & holes. Had to ask for it to be replaced. Whoever put it on in the first place must have seen the damages but left it that way. Saw and disposed of a silverfish shortly after we arrived, which tells me the hotel might have moisture problems. Mattresses were overly firm. Overall, I don’t think the place was worth 150+ Euros / night, & I am someone who is willing to pay for better accommodations. Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to that standard. Can’t recommend.

Everything was new, clean and very spacious. The breakfast was excellent and parking possible for free in front of the hotel. The received information prior arrival were extremely useful too.

Excellent breakfast

No toiletries other than a generic liquid soap, no coffee or tea facilities in the room, no mini bar/ fridge. The "double" bed was very uncomfortable and was basically a twin put together. The location was in an industrial area with limited access to restaurants or cafes.

For the sommer season would be good to have a minibar in room.

Air-conditioning was too low, no Chromecast, wood smell in the room, no refrigerator in the room. No body soap or conditioner - only shampoo.

We stayed two nights because we had an event to attend in Freiburg. Extremely clean, great breakfast, lovely staff, great parking place. If you are looking for a hotel in the area, pick this hotel, you can’t go wrong.

Modern and recently built property featuring ample parking facilities. Complimentary bottled water awaits you in the room! The generously sized room offers a comfortable king-size bed. Indulge in a buffet breakfast with various freshly cooked savory options!

The check-in experience felt unwelcoming, and the limited sweet breakfast options, along with the unappealing ambiance, were disappointing.

Communication with the hotel online was very simple and responsive. Beds were comfortable, decoration was very nice and everything was very modern and new.

Reception closes really early. I arrived at 09pm and there was no one there, just an envelope with my name at the door with the instructions on how tot enter the hotel and find my room. It's a minor thing but I miss the service level we used to have in hotels and to have someone to ask for help when we are in a foreign city.
