- The staff were extremely nice , shower was really good.
- We loved this hotel. We chose here because of its location in the Eifel region, and it being within walking distance of the Ulmen Maar. We had some concerns beforehand, due to the lack of parking nearby, lack of lift and our inability to speak German, but all of these soon evaporated. We parked at the edge of the town square to unload, and the owner then gave us directions to the long stay parking literally 2 minutes walk away. I'd recently injured my knee so thought the stairs might be a bit much, but they seemed to help my recovery. As to the language, we, and the waiting staff, just took it slowly, and everything was fine. The food deserves a special mention as it was exceptional. We ate there the 3 nights we stayed, and each meal was marvellous. Also marvellous was the Steampunk collection.
