Pros +
- A very nice family hotel with extremely friendly staff. The view from the room was exceptional and even only for this I would come back. Maybe the restaurant menu could have a little bit more variety of sea food and light summer dishes, but overall the food was really nice.
- The hotel owner, Rado, treats every gust as his personal friend staying at his home. His family started with a B&B more than 30 years ago and he has built his success one brick at a time. Rado can be seen everywhere during the day overseeing every little aspect of the service and helping his staff. He also owns a boat and can give you a personal seashore tour for a reasonable price. I did it with my kids ages 6 and 12, and they had a blast. It includes an entry into the Tyulenovo cave, however, we were not fortunate with the weather. The sea was a bit rough and building big swells at the entrance, which is only 2.5 m wide. Ask for Rado at the reception desk, and the boat tour and you will not be disappointed. This incredible personal touch is also embraced by the rest of the staff. There is a great deal of innovation including robots serving at the restaurant, which is more of an attraction to be seen at a small costal village. The view from the hotel is spectacular, and Tyulenovo offers a change of scenery with its cliffs and caves. If you are looking for a neat retreat along the Northern Black Sea coast of Bulgaria, put Tyulenovo hotel on top of your list.
- Nice view at the sea, nice rooms and very nice personnel at reception.
Cons -
- Hard to point to a single thing that was lacking.
- The food at the restaurant is not worth the price and some of the waiters are rude to the customers.
- The service in the restaurant is way below the average (for both breakfast and dinner). The meals also need improvement. Unfortunately, the restaurant is below expectations.

Nice view at the sea, nice rooms and very nice personnel at reception.

The location is fantastic, the view is priceless. The room was clean and the staff was very polite.
The view was amazing. Restaurant had great food. Professional personnel.
The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, but the best thing was the staff. They were polite and extremely helpful.
Everything was perfect as we knew it from last year. The receptionist has flawless English and She made everything easy for us. The guys from the restaurant are amazing. Our daughter was amazed by the robots which helped the waiters serve the food. Clean room clean restaurant super food , everything is amazing
Breakfast was improved from our last stay (2018/2019), now you have 4 options, but still needs some diversification. But overall, it is still a good value for your money.
Excellent location, big rooms and terraces. Nice view over the bay and cliffs.
The service in the restaurant is way below the average (for both breakfast and dinner). The meals also need improvement. Unfortunately, the restaurant is below expectations.
Great location, amazing view from big terrace. I recommend booking a room with sea view! Staff were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious.
The bed sheets and some of the towels had blood stains, but they were washed.
The room, the view and the staff.
The breakfast was quite good but it had only 4 options of choice, which didn't change through out our 4 night stay. We had lunch once at the restaurant and the food was OK, the prices were a bit higher than expected.
Overall, the location it was great for the purpose - we were there for diving. Rooms are large, nice, cosy and the terrace and the view are gorgeous. The staff was great, helpful and aware all the time we were there.
The greatest seaview ever (10++++++), hotel look very expensive ,friendlly and amiable stuff starting with managers, modern&huge&cozy rooms, very clean, cleaning the room every morning& change towels....I felt like in Croatia but 5 time cheaper.....fully recomended...U will not regret....10+++++
Stunning view and very nice staff, safe parking.
The hotel is old and could be cleaner. I understand the lack of resources, but at least they could clean the spiderwebs that are everywhere in the room. The breakfast is terrible.
Location and room view.
Acces in the water.
Location, view, music in the bathroom, the friendly staff at the reception desk - the lady was so easygoing
The breakfast
It was our second time in this hotel. The location is excellent, the view from the spacious balcony is outstanding, the receptionists were all very welcoming and helpful to us, the food in the restaurant was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Tyulenovo hotel becomes our favourite place on the Nord coast.
Everything was more than expected.
A good room with a nice view and very polite peoples ready to help
Friendly staff, nice room, great breakfast. You just need to step out for snorkeling in the bay. The hotel is placed in a rocky area but there are nice sandy beaches not very far. They also have an AC charging station for electric cars.
The road is patchy so be careful when you drive. Hopefully it gets fixed, but we had no issues driving.Be sure to specify what type of coffee you want in the morning with the breakfast.
The view , hospitality, wildness, tranquility, very good food ,very nice restaurant ( Thanks to Mario , the waitress , this guy is gold! ) . Thank you for all, Mr. Radu
Maybe the list of the tv channels ,many of them blocked !
