Basic but very clean, everything you need for a one night stay to visit the museum. The staff are very nice and the breakfast was excellent for the price. Close to the shop and restaurants.

Central location, brilliant breakfast and friendly helpful staff.

Rooms are in need of refreshing. Breakfast passable. Not as good as we've had elsewhere for the same amount. Impossible to take a shower without getting water everywhere. Put up a shower curtain!

Great location for the archaeological museum which itself was superb. The bed, bedding and room were excellent. We like a cup of tea first thing in the morning and we asked the friendly and helpful person on the desk for a kettle which appeared promptly.

EXTREMELY FRIENDLY STAFF: the owner helped us find a mechanic nearby for our rental carVERY CLEAN even tho not a fancy hotel, it was very clean and with a minifridge (bear in mind two stars hotels are not obliged to have one)NICE TERRACE: our room had a terrace with sunset views, both the room and the terrace were very bigPERFECT LOCATION

Breakfast not included, it was only 5 euros but since It was paid i would expect some more fresh options (fruit and vegetables)Wifi a bit slow

Thiva is only 90 min drive from Athens airport so good place to stay on first night. Fairly basic hotel but comfortable. Paid parking next door (only 8 euros overnight) lots of restaurants nearby

The location is perfect for the museum, bar and other sites.

Just a few more coat hangers in the room would have been useful!

The property was at the heart of the city. All restaurants and bars were one minute walk. The water in the shower was with a lot of power and we had hot water all the time.

The property is very good for budget holidays. Nothing that I didn’t like.

Great location 50 meters from the town square of Thiva, Greece. Hotel manager was extremely helpful in negotiating on our behalf for space in the adjacent public pay parking lot (some local political event was using almost all free street parking and pay parking lots). Hotel manager’s recommended restaurant 100 meters from the hotel for a late night full dinner for 2 tired travelers was right on! Hotel has a quiet dependable lift. Our room had a bathtub with hand held shower. Good value Hotel. Our room had a large terrace overlooking a parking lot and some local apartments and looking out of the city toward far sand orchards. Our flight arrived 2 hours late at Athens airport; for first time drivers in Greece, thank goodness our hotel was a bit less than 1.5 hours, night drive from the airport. Friendly and helpful locals.

Hot water for soaking in the bath tub was warm, not hot.

Very clean. Central to restaurants.

Difficult to park nearby. Had a wee bit of a walk from where we were able to park.

2 days and my wife and I had an amazing stay over in my hometown!

The bathroom has dirty, cracked tiles, torn towels, the fridge has warmed up and the water has leaked in the room.

It was clean and front staff were friendly. Room was maintained every morning with clean linen, Nil issues.

If you have a car as i had a rental car i had to ark it far away as their is no off street parking.However, for a fee you have the car parking station next to the hotel.

The room was fine as also the stuff. The location was also great.

It had same dirt spots on the bathtub
