Very good

Climate control in the room was unavailable. It got stuffy and humid without any AC. The bed was a bit too firm as I would wake up with lower back pain.

Room 4 was spacious, clean and perfect for what we needed. If we return to patras we would certainly try and book Castello again.

Cozy room, nice modern bathroom.

We were told water was free from minibar but there was no water at all.

I like the size of the room and that it has kitchen with stove. The location is great because it is close to University of Patras that you can walk to it. There are some food shops and grocery stores nearby. (though it has a lot of cars parked on sidewalk sometimes). The staffs are friendly and helpful.

The green light at the front door is quite distracting, so I had to cover it to get some sleep. I wish the kitchen had a microwave. The breakfast is good, but I think it could be more balanced nutritionally, as it's a bit heavy on carbohydrates.

Spacious room with a small balcony and kitchen corner, very clean, friendly staff, and a convenient location near the university, hospital, and all essential shops and restaurants.

it would be much better if the room included basic drinks like tea, coffee, or at least some Nescafé.

If hotel had a laundry room & pool it would have been perfect. Otherwise really great.

This was just a stop over for us on the way back to Athens from Zante, but it was easy to get to just off the motorway and was very clean and tidy and comfortable. A very well looked after property with a great grocery store next door.Breakfast was OK

Perfectly located close to the university and a short drive from the beach. Exceptionally clean. Very spacious room. Very polite staff.

The complex was really lovely. The room was very big, well equipped and cosy. The bed was huge and so comfortable. It had a nice balcony with a view. It was peaceful even though it had a busy road at the front, the rooms are set back so you cannot hear the traffic. There were parking bays at the front of the hotel too.

Modern, spacious studio. New buildings with new equipment inside. Very good breakfast.

Everything was more than perfect.

Staff very helpful, breakfast decent, rooms clean and spacious. Good location for Rio and Patras University. Getting to central patras takes 15 mins and 10 euros by taxi. Secure parking - important in this area.

Not clear how to use the secure parking (just drive up to the gate around the back and it opens).

No policy avoiding having the towels washed each day and no separate collection for recyclable waste.

Very close to the university, with a supermarket nearby and many food options and an atm. Perfect for someone visiting the university.The room is spacious with a kitchen equipped with a pot and utensils.

The internet is a bit weak from time to time.

I loved the comfortable bed and the spacious room. The facilities were also very handy. Nice breakfast.

Excellent room, comfortable beds and very quite to rest. We went for a short trip and where impressed how comfortable and spacious the room was but most importantly the peacefulness to sleep-in.

Would have liked some form of in-room entertainment apart from the only provided aerial TV channels, even if charged. Also, unfortunately the bar had ran out of soda water to accompany my requested drink and I know there was a corner shop available and open to get one. It would have been nice if they had at least offered to get one from there (and I would have tipped accordingly). Oh well, no big deal!

Large, quite room.

Despite reservation, I did not get a parking place in the monitored yard.
