- Location was great, only a 3 minute walk from the Tutzing train station. The hotel was mostly quiet and clean. The kitchenette was well equipped and convenient (mini fridge, pan, plates, cups, cutlery, coffee machine, coffee capsules, creamer capsules, sugar, and tea bags, but no salt/pepper). I didn't have a microwave like some other reviews mentioned.

- A bit pricey but I guess understandable given the location. My room faced the train tracks which could be a bit noisy sometimes, but not that bad. I was able to sleep even without earplugs. The stairs are a bit narrow if you're carrying a big suitcase, but manageable.
- The single bed in the middle of the room, you have to watch out not to fall.There are only 3 parking spots for the hotel, otherwise you have to park on paid parking 2.20 euros per day right across the street

The location was convenient for the town centre, the lake and the station - all a short walk away. The room was serviced to a good standard everyday (if required). The room was pleasant and the bathroom was well appointed.

We got the room on the ground floor. There is several cars parked right outside our room, could see them through the window , very noisy. No aircon or fan in the room. It’s really warm. The coffee machine was very dirty.

Located on the ground with a bathroom window directed to the parking lot in front of the hotel, a curtain to close the bathroom window would have been nice. (little bit more privacy would be appreciated in this regard)

The photos suggest a rural location, but the hotel is between the station and the rest of the village. Not much to do in Tutzing.

The room was the perfect size for me. It was super clean which is essential, the sheets and towels white as a coconut and with a very pleasant smell. Inside the hotel there are fresh fruits and some sugar candies for the clients and in the bedrooms tea and coffee, all of very good quality.
I needed an iron and they didn't have it, I realized it too late and I was sorry to call the service, but I think if I called them they would have brought it to me
The room is very clean and calm. The hotel has a small park place which is free of charge. Easy electronic acces with password without keys. Check your emails to get your room password. Hotel staff are frendly. The beds are comfortable and the coffee machine is nice.
