Quiet, relaxed and super friendly staff. Food and drinks were reasonably priced

Not over keen on the bathroom being open to the bedroom

Everything was as good as we had hoped for. Staff in all quarters were excellent. Food well cooked and presented. Setting was lovely and position was excellent Great to have parking on site

Lovely place, we had a very nice room, authentic saloon door to bathroom, lovely view from balcony

Had to find someone from the bar to check us in. Reception was never manned. We had no water one morning and could not even flush the toilet. There were no instructions on how to order breakfast or operate the tv to english. Room service was every second day you don't find that out til you arrive.

Place was lovely, service great, really nice food would definitely stay again

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast was good value as was the accommodation price and we will definitely come back.

I would have liked to have seen the restaurant and bar open on a Monday.

Walls not very thick or insulated, so could hear the people in the next room, especially the loud tv.

We were staying as we attended a function. The room was spacious and good balcony. It was clean and tidy. Bathroom was spacious and clean.

We didn’t like the safety lights at night. The light in the bathroom is placed so it shines on your face in bed at night. We could do with more pillows in the room and a bit softer would be good.

Great value

The restaurant and bar closed all day on Monday which is a big inconvenience. Also the restaurant & bar was open from 9am - 9pm Tuesday - Sunday meaning there is nothing to do from 9pm . Because the hotel is in the rural countryside , unless you want to drive it’s a 9pm bed time. Otherwise the hotel is excellent value for the money.

As I had an event in the hotel having a room in the hotel just made sense

Room was big and spacious especially the bathroom loved the decor and the views wereAmazing. Stayed for a couple of nights and had an evening meal each night that was cooked to perfection. Definitely come back in the summer as they have a big spacious pool area with loads of activities in the summer.Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Would be nice to have tea making facilities in room Next time i will just bring my travel kettle..

If you like old World Spanish charm, this is the place for you. Out in the countryside with ample parking, it is a large building with a huge verandah, two large dining areas and two bars. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Being older, there are no lifts, but there is only one upper floor. The bedrooms are huge, with a large double bed and good ensuite facilities. We stayed there for a Christmas party, which was excellent, the food being very tasty and with a very good entertainer, we had a splendid time.

Our shower was very old fashioned with a curtain, rather than a panelled cubicle.

The food and staff were fantastic. Second time we have stayed in the past month.

The kitchen is closed on a Monday so no cafe or breakfast. But the positives totally out way this

Stay here frequently. But this time it was cold and our room was cold. The Aircon/ heating would not work and there was no-one else in the building. We have not had a problem at this place before. We were the only guests so the staff went home as we had a pass key to get into the building after our night out. Shame as it spoilt the night.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Had dinner a few times and breakfast and the food was lovely and plentiful and a reasonable price.

Same music tape everyday got a bit boring.

Staff were very friendly and efficient. Good value for money. Excellent choice of food.

There were 3 emergency lighting lights in our room which were permanently illuminated, which was very annoying in the middle of the night.There was a lot of noise from the corridor in the evening.

Friendly staff nice location

Flags on the roof give the hostel bad impression which is not the case. Only real gripe on check out day the restaurant was closed.

Location was ideal for us

It is run by part time staff, and often nobody around. No evening dinner. Room not cleaned daily.
