Pros +
- Good idea, nice location
- Beautiful, elegant property with lavish decor throughout. Lovely welcome drink. Plenty of parking on-site. Decadent breakfast with many options, though somewhat less elaborate during certain weekdays (no buffet). Room was spacious; very good value overall. Beds were comfortable. Excellent tea selection and spa with no detail overlooked. We would return for another stay.
- We had a very relaxing time at Talaria Resort. Comfortable and clean, with great spa amenities.
Cons -
- There are multiple buildings not connected with main one, if you go to breakfast or spa, you have to wear street clothes and walk outside. This is some old woman’s club where man are not welcomed. Good idea, bad execution. Still a lot of things to refurbish, territory is not well maintained. Breakfast is lacking standard things like proper bread or beans or porridge. Fruits taste like nothing. Spa is advertised as 5 different types of sauna, found only 3, women are having naked massage in the spa in public places of spa. Rooms are okay, but better turn off air conditioning, it’s very noisy.
- Very loud outside front entrance on nights when events took place. No men permitted on weekends, as it was a ladies-only resort on certain days. We would have stayed longer otherwise.
- NOT a problem for my visit, but as there wasn't any air-conditioning in my downstairs Pavillion room, I could imagine it being too hot in the height of summer, as when I showered, & dried my hair, the room had become rather hot, despite the window being open all the time. Friends staying upstairs said their Aircon was the most efficient they'd ever had in a hotel room. Also, booking.com showed an airport shuttle - There isn't one.

Nice clean room, nice shower & abundance of power points. Excellent food & service, & in general all staff very friendly & helpful, despite an occasional language difficulty, which was easily resolved by Google translate! Lovely pool, & spa facilities.

Excellent breakfast with more food options then you really need.Great swimming pool and jacuzzi. Big property, nice landscaping with many paths to walk around
Small bar and restaurants, it looks bigger in pictures. Food ok, not excellent for the price you pay.More antic than modern decor but it's historical building so can't expect modern finishing.
Location, quiet, comfortable parking
weak wi-fi in rooms that are not in the main building, the lack of a restaurant menu and information about the spa in the room
quiet relaxing place with great food and fantastic spa.
Excellent Spa. Really worth recommending. Large pool. Great whirlpool area. really absolutely great. Excellent saunas: infrared, finish, and the Turkish plus the herbal one. I would come back just for the spa- Else, a bit of disappointment.
The location is a bit boring. We expected a more spectacular park. Housing is located next to the local villagers. A bit smelly as they burn whatever they can afford. Air pollution is a problem. The main building has a problem with ventilation as Spa can be perceived anywhere in a building. The food was disappointing, probably chef trying to be the original. With no success. Seasoning is a problem. Disappointing breakfast. Not because we had to wait for the scrambled eggs which were good but because the bread was not freshly baked. I am sure there is a bakery around. If not why not bake yourself?
The spa and swimming pool/sauna facilities are relatively good. Parking is easy. The hotel is easy to find and drive to.
Very unresponsive staff. Took them ages to serve us when we were the only table in a restaurant, on more than one occasion, despite the kitchen fixing meals in record time. The food that was part of the full board was so-so. One day it was alright, the other it was not so great. The restaurant charged me PLN 25 when I asked them for a bucket of ice to take to my room, which I consider outrageous. The spa receptionist was fairly unkind, failing to provide information on the massages they offer and telling me to go look them up online instead. I also find it ridiculous that the hotel left a pile of dirty dishes (apparently left behind by a guest after being delivered to their room) on a table by the main stairwell for over a day. They were still there when we checked out this morning... The shower head in our room was broken and leaking, and there was barely any water coming out of it on one occasion. The gym (or rather cardio room with 4 machines) was dirty, there were stains from dried sweat all over the machines and on the floor next to them.
A wonderful getaway spot about an hour drive from Warsaw, with lovely indoors and outdoors. Comfortable rooms, kind and attentive staff, delicious food (cooked mindfully regarding any dietary restrictions), amazing wellness zone and spa.
the Staff is really great! the spa deserve a visit
