- Everyone was so kind to us and were so helpful. Our German is limited to Google Translate and they didn't speak much English but we got everything we needed. The restaurant is superb. The location is excellent. I can't say enough about the place.

- no elevators. had to carry bags two flight of stairs. not much of a choice for dinner. pillows were so soft didn’t get a good nites sleep. ran out of hot water.
- Only (not really a complaint) "negative" was that the bed was extremely narrow, a tad too short & pillow might as well have not been there. However, so impressed were we that we re-booked for the following w/end with the promise of a "giant" double bed!!!!

The location: 3 mins from A9The restaurant: absolutely superb food, most of which home made.Breakfast: in the inside hotel restaurant and the best spread we've seen in a hotel for a very long time!
