- Lovely surroundings and near the town but also not too close to be noisy. Slept very well and in complete silence with a pleasant noise from the artificial canals frogs. We did not try the breakfast as we were late but overall a fantastic value for money
- Great breakfast, large room, friendly people!
- Everything.. good beds, spotless, great terrace and views
Cons -
- That we had to go
- Parking access very narrow so we decided against trying to get our small hire car to the hotel and used the public parking which was quite a distance from the hotel
- Only two plug sockets in the bedroomBread at breakfast was poor, and no choice available I.e. brown or seeded

Fabulous location, really clean and lovely staff. Great views and good breakfast.
We were traveling along Alpujaras mountains, and it was the best hotel on the way, compared to other rural hotels we spent a night. Clean and comfortable. Value for money. Very good breakfast included.
Very clean and comfortable room. Facilities to make hot drink in room.

Clean, very comfortable, fabulous countryside, helpful and friendly staff

We absolutely loved staying at this traditional Spanish hotel within the picturesque white mountain town of Trevélez. Perfect location for our hike. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Warm hospitality with a generous breakfast, clean and comfortable room. We ate at the hotel restaurant and wow our meal was amazing one of our best in Spain. We only stayed one night but could have stayed much longer. Highly recommended.
Historical traditional Spanish building, well kept .Room was huge with balcony and big bathroom.Bed was very comfortable with crisp clean sheets and in the bathroom towels were very nice and clean (no stains or odors)Surrounding of hotel is well kept and green.
Parking directions (as well as hotel directions)were not provided and gps took us wrong direction. So we just parked in small plaza and walked to hotel.I took pictures of the plaza so people can see where to drive to get to hotel. Also internet was only available in common areas. And this hotel is on a upper part of Trevelez,so all attractions (ham museum, restaurants,) in lower part .Since its a mountainous…you have to take a car to go there..so we felt too isolated.and be aware…Saturday almost everything was closed anyway…
Room was very spacious with a lovely mountain view. Staff was very hearty and helpful.
The staff were very polite and helpful. The room and the place in general was spotlessly clean. Great view from the room and the little terrace was also excellent and a welcome addition, as was the pool. We ate in the restaurant which was excellent. Good local menu, well cooked and great service.
Not the easiest place to find or to get a car up to. Don't use the sat nav. They could do with signs at the bottom of the village to help.
Exceptionally clean, friendly staff, lovely quiet pool area, big room, comfy bed
Was missing a form of cooling, was warm in the room at night
The room was spacious. Having a kettle and some tea and coffee was a super touch. The balcony was nice. The pool area was great! The bed was comfortable and it was very clean. My friend had breakfast there and said it was excellent.
It was a triple room with 3 beds, but two of the beds were very close indeed. Very few electric sockets.
Roomy and good balcony
No parking d
most amazing stay in a beautiful town, stunning to see when there's been snow fall. also great restaurant
nothing - only hard to reach them over the phone which was a bit stressful
Super friendly and helpful staff, which handled our medicine perfectly. Room was large, clean and had a balcony with a good view of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was good and had a decent amount of choice even for a vegan.
Maybe add something to two bedsides so they're properly fixed together, but it wasn't a major issue anyway.
The staff was amazing, the room very comfortable, and the best part was the balcony where we sat in the sun with views of the Sierra Nevada dusted with snow. Marvelous!
Good location overlooking the valley and the village. Solid breakfast. Rooms are a bit dated, but clean. Airflow in them is not very good and it can get really stuffy even with the window cracked in winter.
The room was very spacious with good storage. The balcony and patio were spacious with lovely views. The breakfast was excellent with 8 different varieties of fresh fruit. The restaurant was very good. The staff were really helpful. They arranged for someone to deliver an iPad charging cable when I had left mine at a previous hotel and also organised a taxi when we missed the bus.
It was at the top of the village, far from the bus stop and as there was no taxi service it was difficult to find. But a lovely lady in a bar rang the hotel and someone came to collect us.
Location was convinientThe view from the terrace was beautiful and relaxing. The breakfast was complete and good for the value. The restaurant was also good.
The room was standard, although outdated and dark in terms of decoration and design.Since there is very little to do, or few restaurants and/or shops available it would be a nice detail to have a small fridge in the rooms for guests to store food and drinks. The bartender at the restaurant vehemently reminded every single guest upon entry that we needed a reservation, yet everyone was able to have a table without them. Communication could be improved.
