- - I asked to be able to access the EV charging station, but during my stay it was blocked by another guest not even using it. The staff didn't anticipate my request despite having made it several days before arrival.- The digital access system is impressive and is based on you carrying your smartphone with you at all times. If you exit your room without taking it, and the automatic door closes behind you. They you are off to spend a good amount of time: to reach someone (without your phone), to have it come down to the appartement resort, and to open the door of your room with his universal digital key. A man did that for me, diligent and understanding, although he only could speak Italian.
