Elektra Hotel

The views are amazing. The staff were excellent. It was spotlessly clean. The pool was lovely. Good access to the beach.

The cutlery was very small for male hands! The breakfast was a little sparse - more choice of fruits would be good and if left till late the buffet wasn’t replenished so less offerings. The lighting on the terrace at night was very bright- it would create a better atmosphere to use softer lighter.

It was clean comfortable bed great views

Because we stayed in February there is no restaurant , you can get a delivery but it would have been nice if they provided a kettle in the winter months .

unfortunately no breakfast was available as the hotel is doing renovations in the low season - we therefore had to drive into town for breakfast. Dimitri gave a good recommendation but we probably would not have booked the room if we knew we had to drive for breakfast

We stayed at the new/renovated floor (if I understand correctly) of the hotel, the room was really spacious, with beautiful decor and a really nice bathroom. Staff is really friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool or other facilities.

Good simple rooms. Lovely pool area and good food menu as it’s a bit of a walk/taxi to town. Best bit about the hotel was the staff- they were super friendly and helpful. We only booked on the day of arrival it was no problem at all for them

Nice accomodation with good location, swimming pool is quite nice( adults and kids), the restaurant( lunch and dinner) is pretty good.The staff was good, maybe just more practice with the english language would be good in the future.There is a free beach( umbrellas and sunbeds) with a beach bar which is free to use, but it gets too crowded during weekends.during the week is exquisite, quiet and with shadow provided from the trees, i highly reccomendThe sea-very clear, good water temperature, but given the fact is also a mountain location, the entrance in the water contains rocks, i highly reccomend water shoes.Overall it was a good week, while we stayed there

One thing i did not likes that much is the breakfast, medium to bad i might say, every single day same stuff besides of some cookies, for the OWNER: do something about it, i am not the single one complaining about it….its a shame such a nice place to have such average breakfast.

The rooms were small. The mattresses were terrible and the bathrooms were tiny. The breakfast was ordinary I would give this 2 stars

Unfortunately not the best experience as I booked a different location...

In Greece there are several Elektra Hotels. Pay close attention when choosing the location. I wanted to stay in Elektra Crete but apparently my booking was in Elektra Paleros. When I arrived at the reception of course they told me I had no booking as this was a different location. What happened is that I contacted Booking.com to explain the situation. They promised me they would contact the hotel and advise on the best possible outcome. I called the hotel myself in the evening to confirm if he received all clear instructions by booking. Dimitris on the phone explained me he understood the situation and he would either waive free the cancellation but that I should call in the morning the following day. The next day none answered the phone despite calling 4 times. Anyway I'd agree to pay the cancellation fee in this case but I find it a dishonest phone conversation.Thank you!

Nicely out the f town very quite location Rated three star but in my experience equal to many a four star. Good parking helpful staff

Very clean, staff super helpful, nice and quiet.

Lovely pool and good breakfast. Grand daughter loved the pool.

Evening meal at the restaurant was only just good enough, so would not eat inhouse on next visit.

The windows of the rooms face the pool which can sometimes be noisy. Breakfast could be a little better.
