The staff is absolutely amazing! Plus the location is close to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach.

It’s very shabby and rather grubby. Look like cigarette burns in bed cover. Sheets scratchy. No hairdryer- asked but it appears they have 1 for the whole hotel and it hadn’t been returned- not good in December! Needs a full refurb!

Good value for your money, close to the city and clean.

Be aware that, due to the location, mosquitoes are everywhere.The check in machine is slow, creating lines at 2pm and you will need to reenter all details that you already had in booking web page..

I liked the location. It was not far away from the city center and found some good restaurants.

I was particularly disappointed by the attitude of the receptionist on the day of my arrival. She started talking in French. When I told her that this is my first day in France and can't speak French, she angrily said we only speak French and continued talking in French, knowing that I couldn't understand her. The receptionist on the departure day (a different person), however, was polite and pleasant.

Property next to restaurants (very convenient), not far from the beach; clean, with good beds; offers breakfast which I’d say is worth the cost. Gated parking (only guests can access after hours).

Small shower and room, though it had a shelving unit to hang clothes and place items. No elevator. These didn’t really bother us but it may be a problem to others.

Does get hot in the rooms, could do with better ventilation or something.But if just to get some sleep then pretty good.En suit toilet/shower is quite small so if your a large guy like myself you will find it hard to have a shower like I did, I did manage but could have done with a little more space Secure parking with gate that closes and locks at 9pm and opens at 6am.Plenty of places to get something to eat around

The bed was clean and room was warm but(see below)

The door whistled with wind- there was a bad draught around door seal which needs replacing- room was warm but draughty . The bathroom was tiny and badly stained.

The room was clean and warm and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent and very quiet at night despite being busy.

The shower room was very small but it was adequate.

We booked a triple room as a last-minute option since no other hotels were available.

It turned out to be a major disappointment, especially considering the price.First, the room was much smaller than what was shown in the pictures online. It felt cramped with three people, and the bunk bed was quite uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the room was extremely hot, and the lack of proper air circulation made it difficult to sleep.The bathroom was another issue. It was located too close to the sleeping area, offering little to no privacy. This made it awkward for everyone, and definitely not ideal for a group stay.One of the most frustrating aspects was the poor sound insulation. We could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms, and at one point, the neighbors even asked us to talk more quietly because they could hear our conversation clearly. This made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.Overall, I can’t speak for the other rooms, but I would definitely not recommend the triple room, especially at this price point. The experience did not live up to the expectations set by the hotel’s online presence, and we left feeling disappointed.

Convenient location. Close to Deauville centre and next to several dining and shopping facilities.

Room was a bit too small for 3 of us. Little prefab shower room was also small for an adult and leaked through door. The floor got wet from showering...

To begin it was free parking. 10 minutes drive to deaville beach. Next door good grill; other way MC donalds and other eating places. Good for families Safe. To be honest cheapest place to stay around deauville. Staff very helpful and friendly. 2 large super markets walking distance. Best zoo in the world just over half hour away drive.

It was basic but suited our needs

The only bicycle storage was on their covered terrace at the rear, frequented by smokers and overlooked by other guests. The shower was tiny.

Location wasn’t bad.

Facilities very poor, room not like the pictures, unfortunately not very clean. Very noisy, loud music and voices until very late.

Rooms are very small and also bathrooms almost gave the feeling of we are sitting in ✈️

It was terrible, cold, dirty, I didn’t have any towels, I texted on Booking, nobody replied. I couldn’t have a shower. The heater doesn’t work. There was nobody on the reception in the evening. It’s closed at all. I don’t recommend it for 100 percent.

The hotel is in the middle of commerical deauville and beside a mcdonalds, so a cleaning truck will wake you up at 7am.

It had ample free parking. Easy to check in on the machine so didnt matter what time you arrived. Room and bathroom was the same size as on a ferry, as long as you know that it isnt a problem as sufficient.
