Set in a stone-built Guernsey farmhouse, the award-winning Le Friquet Country Hotel features 6 acres of beautiful gardens and an outdoor swimming pool. The fabulous beaches of Cobo and Vazon Bay are just a few minutes’ drive away, and the historic harbor of St. Peter Port is within a 10-minute drive. The bedrooms each feature a modern bathroom with luxury toiletries and fluffy towels. All rooms have free Wi-Fi, a TV, and tea/coffee facilities are provided. Le Friquet has a Gold Award restaurant, which serves traditional cuisine including fresh local fish. There is also a terrace overlooking the gardens, and delicious breakfasts are served daily.

- Beautiful hotel in lovely grounds. Good breakfast. Got an upgraded double room which looked like it had just been refurbished it was so lovely and fresh and clean
- Nothing was too much trouble. After observing our mobility difficulties they offered us a room on the ground floor when it became available. Food was superb. Service was efficient but friendly and personal. We felt like we had stayed with family and will genuinely miss them all!
Cons -
- We rested in our room quite a lot and during the day there was a fair bit of noise from the grounds staff preparing for the Easter onwards hospitality season. Pressure-washing pool and patio areas using a noisy compressor and mowing the lawns with a petrol mower became a bit tedious after a while, but their standards are high, so it benefits future guests.... The pool was crystal clear and the surrounds very clean. The patio furniture was all set out beautifully.
