Excellent location, clean, good breakfast. Great staff that were helpful. There are great restaurants, mini market store gas stations adjacent.

Like most places in Spain the pillows need improvement. Room was hot and AC was not functioning no doubt due to time of year.

The aircon in our room wouldn't work properly it pumped out warm air all the time.The breakfast was fine but we ordered a pizza each when we arrived and it was terrible, my wife's was cold , they took it away to reheat it and it came back cremated.

We met a new member of staff called Rami who provided excellent customer service. Very helpful and friendly. Simone is another staff member who is also the same. The room was spacious and ideal when travelling with two dogs.

We stay here 4 times a year which shows there is nothing not to like.

The receptionist spoke English and made the check-in a breeze. The price was acceptable.

The hotel is quite dated. No elevator. The room needed a deep cleaning (mould in the shower, sand in tile cracks). No soundproofing - you can hear everything. There are not enough parking spaces for everyone at the hotel - if you don't come early enough, you'll need to park somewhere else. Weird water temperature issue where the only two options were lukewarm and scalding.

For a 1 night stay on way to Barcelona provided everything we needed we only needed a bed to sleep in

For a night stop on my driving journey the location close to highway was perfect. Nice breakfast.

Breakfast choice was excellent, good coffee, cereals, pastries and more. great value. Room clean and good shower.

A bit of noise from other rooms, people leaving early morning but decent night's sleep otherwise.

Desk clerk was also the coffee r, waitress and I think k cook. She was very busy.

The choices for an evening meal were limited. My wife chose a pizza which was basically inedible. It was like eating cardboard. I had meatballs which I think came out of a tin. They were not served with anything and were not at all pleasant.

Just out of town in an industrial area made parking a breeze. It was also very quiet at night, easy check in. Basic room but very clean and big enough to fit all our luggage. The young gentleman working on the desk was fantastic, very helpful and friendly, he was working by himself on Spain national day, was very busy but he was doing a great job at sorting everybody out.

Great stopover hotel as located just off the motorway, lovely rooms, the terrace outside bar with tables and chairs was a bonus. The young man on reception (and bar duty) was a real asset to the hotel, very helpful, friendly and very efficient, he also spoke excellent English! Great breakfast too. I must add that the bed was fantastic and super comfortable. All in all a great hotel!

Restaurant here not the best if you wish to eat in the evening, just fast food with little choice and nearby restaurants aren't very appealing but otherwise there is nothing to criticise at all.

Saturday night was extremely busy and there was no space in the car park

Easy to find, close to the A2 and ideal for an overnight stay.

Large room. Very good bathroom with excellent shower. Breakfast good. Air Con quiet and effective. Hotel easy access off A2. Also quiet and no traffic noise. Have stayed here 3 times.

Sadly only 2 local bars for evening meals. We’ve tried them both - food was ok but very noisy. Hotel only offer pizzas etc. The other Ibis hotel in Lleida has a restaurant/bar and the food was very good but you have to drive into the large town.

Good location with free parking; breakfast was good. Bed very comfortable.

Unable to get warm/hot water in the shower and washbasin, both were either cold or burning hot.

Room decent size and functional. Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful.Everything clean and tidy.Breakfast very good with cereals, juices, fruits, meats, cheeses, breads, pastries etc. Breakfast room light and airy with lovely outlook.

Bed not very comfy and pillow too hard. Quilt too thick without a separate sheet option as it was 34 deg outside.Air con not cool enough.
