    Pros +

    • Absolutely nothing
    • Difficult to rate this accommodation as the view was stunning but the access was steep and very difficult both for vehicles and pedestrians. The access to the village along the beach however was good. The rooms were very clean and beds great but generally the room was in need of an upgrade. Staff were attentive but the facility was preparing for the autumn winter period. No deck chairs, no restaurant.
    • The view! Wow! The balcony was heavenly, we didnt expect it to look over the whole town/bay. The staff were also lovely, and the proximity to the beach/town was ideal. We loved the free beach chairs too! Amazing room and value for money

    Cons -

    • Everything and the worst was the location down the hill witch was horrible and scary to drive your car and walk there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL
    • Access road and path. Aged facilities in rooms. Facility beginning to shut down for autumn winter period.
    • The bathroom had no shower curtain which caused some slippage, but this was not a major issues and didnt draw focus away from our amazing stay.

Location is perfect. Great value. Friendly staff. Clean spacious room

Steep decent from the road to hotel . Access very difficult if you have mobility issues

    8JanetPosted on: 6-30-2025

Able to secure bicycles.Quiet hotel.Clean and comfortable room.Small bay with free sunbeds which you can't easily drive to so meant it was peaceful.Lovely for swimming.Path from hotel to restaurants and cafes.Room cleaned daily by friendly staff.Balcony to relax and dry clothes.Pool.Fridge and two cooking rings with crockery, cutlery and pans.

Needs note regarding how steep the drive is. We couldn't cycle down and really struggled to get the bikes down and back up. Carrying luggage would be difficult unless fit and strong. The hotel is a bit tired but we'll kept.

Clean, free sunbeds, amazing views, location on the beach and proximity to the village

It's literally right on the beach. All rooms/balconies overlook the sea. Just a walk down some very steep steps from the hotel and you're on the beach. It's less than a 10-minute walk along a path by the sea to get to Lakka. There are lights along the way in the evening, but best to bring a torch too as some of the lights have now broken.Breakfast is now available too, but we tend to walk into Lakka and buy from the local bakers.

It is quite a basic hotel, but the rooms are large, very clean, mattress comfortable and views are stunning. There isn't though a sofa to sit and relax if it rains (we stay in September).

One million dollar sea view from terrace, very close to city centre, hotel has local charm, polite stuff, etc.

Brilliant location lovely views across Lakka. Very friendly staff.

    9TiddlywinksPosted on: 9-26-2024

Fantastic views, welcoming staff and an idyllic beach (free sunbeds included), all a short coastal stroll from Lakka centre with its wonderful restaurants. We had a really comfortable bed, daily room service and a balcony with views across the bay. For the reasonable price, we were impressed; it's not luxurious, but it's comfortable, friendly, and in a perfect Paxos location..

It was on a fairly steep, stony path, which was quite slippy when it rained.

Lakka is a great location in Paxos. Accomodation limited though, so any quibbles about this hotel have to be set against this. Rooms big with fantastic views of the bay.

Hotel as a whole a little careworn. And access is via a very steep driveway which taxis cannot go down, so need to haul own luggage

    4ArikiaPosted on: 9-21-2024

The location is the best thing about the hotel.

Old and moldy bedding (lumpy matresses, mold coming out of pillows), no hot water; charged €20/person for a continental breakfast we assumed could only be free… no information about the prices anywhere and the manager claims she has never seen a hotel with a menu or price list before.

Simple accommodation in a beautiful location. Very clean and perfect spot for a short walk along the bay to Lakka. If you are looking for 5 star accommodation this isn’t for you. The staff can’t do enough for you so if there’s something you need just ask.

It was what we expected as friends had stayed previously.

    10RachelPosted on: 9-15-2024

Beautiful view’s from our room Host & staff very friendly nothing was too much trouble

Walk up from lakka to property was up hill & lighting was great

    10NeilPosted on: 9-15-2024

    Location with a nice pool.

A lot of steps but kept us fit.

    10DenisPosted on: 9-14-2024

Marilly, who runs the hotel is so helpful. The views of the bay from our balcony are exceptional. Rooms are basic but very spacious and for the price we paid, unbeatable value for money anywhere on Paxos. A good sized pool and access to a pebbly beach with lots of free sun beds for those staying at the hotel.

There is a steep walk down from the main road which would be difficult for those with mobility issues though a taxi could take you down.

A partial view of the sea

Location-situated down dirt track with near vertical driveway which not even local taxis would attempt. Room-ours was on top floor with more than 100 steep stone steps down to reception and the breakfast room and another 30+steps to reach the beach bar and beach. This access to facilities is not mentioned on the hotel or your website Room facilities-very hard uncomfortable low beds, bathroom was bare with no shower screen or curtain ans black mould all around the bath. The room is advertised as having a fully fitted kitchenette but it only had a ancient microwave and 2 ring cooker. The flat screen ? TV was a 1970's portable. My husband and I have travelled extensively and both said we have had better hostel rooms. Finally and most important no hot water throughout our stay.Amanda Williams

Very close to Lakka, short walk along a path. Swimming pool and bar. Private beach with loungers. Super location. Nice view from balcony. Friendly staff.

A little tricky to find by car/scooter. Very steep driveway down to reception.Rooms are basic but quite adequate. A separate shower would have been great (shower in bath).

    8IoannisPosted on: 9-2-2024

Quite and nice accommodation. Comfortable room and always very tidy. Staff was amazing. Specifically Kirakos ,Sakis and Aggelos were very helpful and always with a smile in theirs faces

    9MariaPosted on: 9-2-2024

Very good location The road is a bit weird like a very big hill to up down the property and then up if you want to live

The fact that the towels were not changed after a few days, but we didn’t ask for them to be changed. So I am sure if I had asked they would have changed them.
