Naiades Hotel Resort & Conference

Breakfast was okay, though the area was too crowded. We stayed for a few days between Christmas and New Year. The quality of the food was nothing special, but the variety was decent. The staff were always very helpful and polite. The view from the room, overlooking the lake, was lovely.

The room was not clean. There were noticeable stains on the couches and carpets, making it clear that cleanliness was not a priority. Additionally, the bedroom window was nailed shut and couldn’t be opened, which was quite unusual. The bed mattresses were also far below the standard you’d expect for the price, leaving us with back pain every morning.

The room was spacious, and the view of the lake was absolutely stunning.

The bed was old and squeaky, which made it uncomfortable to sleep.We also had an issue with the hot water, and it took too long to resolve.

The view

Although it is supposedly a 4-star hotel, it wasn't close to hotels in other countries. As there were mosquitos and bees in the area, they had a cheap net that was almost impossible to open, especially when you were outside the balcony. Because of that, I had an accident with it, leaving me with a big wood in my head. Nobody cared to record that I was injured. More of that breakfast was kind of poor.

There wasn't anything at all!

Friendly Staff. A minor issue with our booking was promptly resolved with an upgrade to our room. The breakfast was excellent. The common areas of the hotel have a very nice traditional feel, and lovely view of the lake. It is worth visiting the hotel just to have a coffee or drink at the main lounge and enjoy the view and the room atmosphere.

The bathroom in our room could be better. It was spacious and had a bathtub, but no screen or shower curtain, and there was rust in some surfaces. We visited in the off season, and the restaurant was closed, and there were very few options locally at night, the area is remote.

We had the junior suite. A lot of space, with a perfect vue of the lake. Actually it is probably the only hotel that is so close to the lake. Facilities were very nice and the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

We liked everything.

The Resort Hotel Rooms were very nice , spacious and clean. The view of lake Plastira from the hotel was amazing.The breakfast was rich and delicious .The Staff were very friendly and helpful in all possible ways.

We loved the breakfast and lunch as well. The staff was really helpful. The building was beautiful, with amazing decoration and view. We enjoyed the heating system and there was always hot water. The place was very peaceful and quiet, we slept perfectly.

There were no bottles of water in the room as well as some coffee /tea bags.

Great location, near lake Plastira with a great view. Excellent staff, very helpful especially after a snow storm and a power blackout gave instructions for a safe exit.
