Nevros Hotel Resort and Spa Limni Plastira

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The accommodation was exceptional—comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The highlight was the breathtaking lake view from both our room and the dining areas, making every moment truly special. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall great experience. Visiting in winter on a non-weekend, we found it to be excellent value for money. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Breakfast was awful. Almost every dish needs to be improved.

Everything is perfect! The best place for relax and be close to the nature. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Cozy warm rooms. Delicious food. Amazing views of the lake from the room and from the hotel lobby. There is parking. Small spa. Everything is clean and new. You will definitely enjoy your stay at the hotel. I wish the hotel and its staff happiness and good luck in the new year.

the spa area needs some cleaning it was a bit dangerous to exit the bath in the roomno water pressure at the bath in the room, also the mixer for hot and cold water does not work properly

Amazing rooms with breathtaking views of Plastiras Lake. The restaurant/bar also overlook on the lake. Such a calm atmosphere from throughout the hotel properties.

The hot water pressure was lower than expected.

We had a problem with the shower, the water was either too hot or too cold and the handle was broken. The guy that came to check the problem argued with us, said he's sorry for the inconvenience, but it's only one night and that the people stayed before us didn't complain. We asked him to check if there was another room. The manager came with a key to a different room and told us that we were doing this on purpose just to switch rooms. He mentioned a few times the fact that we're from Israel, and it felt like antisemitic comments. Both of them were really aggressive and made us feel uncomfortable for bringing up the issue.

Good location > views of the lake from our balcony. The room was comfortable (size wise), Access & parking is great.

Main areas seemed somewhat 'run down' (carpets in hallways are frayed & seem tired/dirty), room was not cleaned thoroughly (we found plenty of dust on furniture/fixtures), & the bathroom had sand on the floor. Also, some cobwebs at the ceiling. Hot water is the bathroom/shower was NOT working >> we brought this to the reception's attention twice = NOTHING HAPPENED, which was rather disappointing (one employee mentioned: ohhh well, it's hot weather at the moment . . .!!). The breakfast was an absolute bare minimum (wouldn't even classify as a plain continental !), & NO A/C running in the area either - which made the start to our day somewhat uncomfortable... The fridge also had difficulty keeping our drinks chilled...

The view over the lake is incredible. We loved our balcony to read in the morning. The staff were really friendly. The meal in the restaurant overlooking the lake in the evening was delicious. The bed was very comfortable!

It wasn’t so clean. Our bathroom had a terrible smell - like public toilets. Same for the spa area it smelled like mould. The outdoor pool was very cold (October) and not really able to swim in it. Maybe we arrived a bit late (9:30) but the breakfast didn’t seem so fresh either.

Good breakfast, but not enough choices.

We have been in the place for like 10 minutes and we got message that our flight time has changed so we had to leave.We asked the place if we can get part of the payment and they refused.

We had an amazing time at the hotel, used our balcony with the amazing view, had some tasty breakfast and cocktails, as well as the spa facilities. All was reasonably priced and the staff were really friendly and helpful! Would definitely use again. Neochori village is also a very quiet and beautiful destination with a couple of nice tavernas and bars.

The hotel had a very magical view of the lake Plastira. The breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival, which was clean and very cozy. The food at the hotel restaurant was very delicious and the lobby was excellent with a view as well. Overall a great stay!

Location and view, the only two nice things.

It should be clear that the spa is charged at an extra cost for guests. We paid 90€ por 1 night/2 adults+1 child and spa was not included (they wanted to charge us an extra 50€ for the use of a small jacuzzi and a sauna). On a week day in March, where no-one was around, the hotel was mostly empty. Besides the reception, no-one speaks English. Rotten fruit presented at breakfast. No lid at the room's bathtub, not possible to take a bath, only a shower. Pool not available, all dirty and empty. Room located in a another building, you have to walk and go through 2 different lifts to get there. Heater on all night, when there was no need for that, but it was not possible to turn it off in the room. The room got super hot and unbearable. Definitely not worth the price and better options in the area.

Breakfast, some stuff was cold like sausages and seemed to be not that fresh, although we were one of the first in the morningCheck out took some time as there was no stuff available. They did not hear their bell therefore.

The view of the lake was amazing, especially form the dining room. Good service, clean, excellent breakfast with many items, room was fantastic, but there was an issue with the hot water.

Not enough pressure of the hot water; difficult to shower . . . if they fix it it deserves a 10 for sure.
