Exceptionally comfortable room - has been entirely re-done with modern amenities. Beautiful location with views of the vineyards, countryside and mountains between Bolzano and Merano from your private balcony. October is the perfect time of year to be here. WiFi 30Mbps with 164ms loaded latency was usable for working online. Restaurant has traditional local dishes as well as an extensive pizza list, so you can taste what you like. There are loaner bicycles available on premises for exploring the area. Included breakfast was much more than just the typical Italian carb-heavy pastries. Boil-it-yourself eggs, extensive yogurt with toppings options, eggs cooked to order, and fresh fruit were all available as well.

I really wanted to try the sauna and turkish bath, but having to call staff an hour beforehand, rather than being able to turn it on yourself (even if needed beforehand) was too awkward.

Quiet location, within walking distance from town centre and bus stops. Lovely terrace restaurant.

The view from our balcony was not as we expected, the photos might need updating. From the photos we saw online we thought it was more in the countryside.

Exceptional family run hotel, with great facilities and plenty of parking under sun shade canopy.The family hosts (particularly the two daughters) spoke great English and went out of their way to help us and make us feel so very welcome. This was by far the best hotel we have stayed in during our road trip across France, Switzerland and Italy.

The two room, two bathroom + kitchenette suite was an excellent choice for a family of four + dog. The hotel is only a few years old, and everything has been built to a great standard. The breakfast was really good, staff friendly, and the hotel maintained really well. Excellent parking too just outside hotel.

I thought that the property is set inside a vineyard based on the photos posted.There is a small vineyard across the road from the property but that’s it. The photo in the listing is misleading.

Very spacious, clean, well organized rooms. Great views and drivable location. Great breakfast and meals in the restaurant. Very friendly staff. We would love to stay here again.

cleanest apartment, all needed kitchen equipment , and all staff for family need including washing machine, two bathrooms, great mattresses, elevator in the house, best pizza ,nicest and super responsive hosts

the property is centrally located and offers ample parking as well as clean and airy rooms

as nice as it is to have a restaurant on the property, one needs to know that there is noise from the restaurant until about 11 pm, especially in summer with guests sitting outside
