The Room.

The breakfast spread can be better. The front desk seems have little knowledge about her surrounding. Couldnt answer any tourist questions when asked.

Everything, the hotel is exactly like the pictures, clean, confortable. Food in the restaurant very nice, staff very polite. I will definetly come back here.

The hotel is a bit away from Bolzano but they offer a bus pass which is very handy. The spa is lovely, breakfast very good. The night waiters were lovely and friendly.

A huge space room. Comfortable bed. Full of kitchenware. The breakfast was good.

A bit far from city center.

Location was very easy to find from the bus stop. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The amenities were lovely and we enjoyed the views from the pool. Included breakfast was great too

Breakfast was very nice. Room was spacious and well furnished (including kitchen corner). Underground parking is a plus. You can go for a walk in the apple orchards.

We've arrived on the evening when restaurant was closed. Information about it was provided to us beforehand but got lost in the vacation planning process. As we were there only for one night that was a bit dissapointing.

I had been in Italy for 17 days as a lone traveler and a woman. There was a staff member named Cristal Magnolia who made my life much better. She was so friendly! I really enjoyed it that they had apples out as a snack for free! That was very nice!I was a bit lonely and she cheered me up and I was grateful that she was working there. When I went to dinner, the staff members (servers) also were very friendly. I felt like I was at home. Thank you for helping out an elderly lone traveler feel connected.

The property was beautiful & the staff very friendly & helpful. And had an unlimited supply of scrumptious red apples

Perfect 10! The room is amazing, bedroom, bathroom and living room with kitchen bar is nice. Feeling like staying at the wellness club.

Only location and breakfast And parking

Everything things is costing mone even the tea bags cost us and one time water 16 Euro's.And the bathroom has smell .And the need from you to inform them to make up the room unlike the usual way putting tag or just leave it without it .and the blankets we had separated blankets kinda awkward for king bed.

Beautifully designed room with some cooking facilities in a wonderful location in the middle of the countryside with great views of the mountains. The chef in the restaurant went out of his way to make a special dish for my partner who was vegan and did not want to eat the only vegan meal on the menu two nights in a row. Also the restaurant supervisor was excellent and so helpful

Not all rooms have a view. Some rooms have just a patio with a view of a hedge. We had to change rooms and pay another 50 euro for two nights to get the view we had been looking forward to and thought we would be getting. Taxi from Bolzano costs 28 euros

The staff is amazing! The breakfast is very good. The room is really good and comfortable but could be more spacious for its value. The location is just outside Bolzano, in a beuatiful setting.

The pool is not really a pool but a compilation of jacuzzis.

Nice and modern hotel, nice facilities and great breakfast. The hotel has air conditioning which makes it feel more comfortable.

Very friendly staff, amazing views from the pool deck, very spacious room, easy (free) basement parking, close to Bolzano.

The staff was amazing, the cleaning was outstanding, the breakfast (e.g. Omelette to order) was delicious, the pool on the rooftop and Spa are were perfect in summer time (maybe heating would be recommended in spring and autumn?), great view (mountains, apple orchard etc.), it was very quiet. It was wonderful to cook while enjoying the mountain view. No extra fees for the parking, including garage.

The WiFi did not work on the balkony and not everywhere in the room properly, the balconies are not fully separated (this means you can see other guests on the balcony), the price-performance ratio was ok/good. Check out time at 10 o' clock is rather early.

I liked the location

The smell of the kitchen in the lobby, the furniture and style is outdated

We like the fabulous view and the wonderful environment. The room was also very proper and the breakfast was amazing.
