We came for a baseball game. The stadium was located just down the road. We walked from the Hotel to the stadium on the river walk. The Hotel met all our needs. It is quiet and off the main road. Great place for a short overnight stay. The breakfast was great. Everything you would expect. Check in was simple, with the key system they use. They make it clear how to access. Check out was just as easy.

We really have no complaints.

The room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the balcony as well. We had everything we needed.

The accommodation is outside of Regensburg, but accessible via bus. It was a bit challenging to get into the room to be honest, they have a special key. It was possible to buy breakfast, but it was expensive.

The staff was the most unhelpful and the location was awful. Please don’t get the hotel. It was so overpriced for the facilities. I asked the staff to get me tact for the next day they just refused. It was a mess to get there and back.

Very good place. Apartaments are good and large enough, with balkony and some of them have acces to a backyard garden.

When you are cooking a fish, it is good to have aspiration ?. Laundry for extra fee would be perfect.

smoke free, bike garage, pleasant spacious room, good bed, clean; good location for bicyclists near the Danube bike trail, grocery stores nearby, hotel not on a busy street (no traffic noise).

Well, the automatic shades didn't allow me to sit in the sun on the balcony and made the room a bit dark--but of course, for the environment and pleasant sleeping, it's better to keep the room shaded and cool. If someone on an extended bike trip, however, would like to dry some clothes on their balcony, the shades prevent that.

Rooms very clean.

Take care with breakfast reservations. Need to reserve one day in advance. If for any reason you can’t have breakfast it will be charged. If you don’t reserve, they will not serve breakfast. Reception desk is not occupied the afternoon, so no flexibility to alter reservations. Once I mentioned that to the personal, I had a very defensive reaction. They were raising the voice quickly at the edge of being verbally aggressive.Also, at check out they asked to be paid first, then they presented the bill. It should be the other way round.There is much room for improvement for the personnel to become customer minded.My tip if you cannot avoid booking in this hotel: there is a bakery/ cafe just round the corner of this hotel which offers better quality breakfast at lower price than in this hotel.

the reception was very friendly and tried to be helpful

the mattress was thin 16 cm , not comfortable, Okay for one night. Guests very loud at 2 am in the morning, not much noise isolation in the room. Breakfast was okay but nothing to write home about and the young man acting as a waiter was friendly and helpful

The bedroom size. The bathroom has a real door. The balcony. The personal was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The location was good.

People were smoking in the balcony, despite the warm weather we had to keep the door closed... because of the smoke.

Very comfortable for an overnight stay.

A more welcoming attitude from the breakfast lady who severely reprimanded me for not having a booking for bkfst. and went on to ask me to consider what would happen if 15 people turned up like me without bkfst. bookings?......In defence of the bkfst. lady, it appeared to me that she was trying to do at least two jobs , waitress and receptionist. I would hope that she is compensated accordingly. Breakfast very overpriced in comparison to other accommodation providers.

Room size, free parking, cleanless, easy self check in.

Acces to 2nd floor with heavy luggage is just by stairs.
