Dream Inn Hotel Regensburg Ost

This hotel was clean an affordable. The staff were helpful, and there were stores nearby to buy any necessities.

We had a basic room that was comfortable. It is more for individual traveling people or couples traveling through.

Excellent location for people driving through Germany or visiting Regensburg. The girl at the reception (from Serbia) was very kind and helpful. Free parking was a huge bonus. The best value for money, see you again!

The matress and the pillow was really bad.

Uncomfortable bed, noise from outside, did not get very good sleep. The room is very simple, but enough for an oversleep.

Easy check-in, clean room, good mattresses, good shower, nice guy at reception. There was no kettle in the room, but when I asked for hot water, the guy at reception gave me one. No airco, but a fan.

No fridge, no glasses in the room, no airco (but not really necessary)

Clean and quiet hotel

Tried to get breakfast and the waitress told us we got to pay cash between 06-08am. The management could get a POS for the Cafe. It’s a bit outdated for a country like Germany.

Clean, perfect for one night or very short term stay

The pillows are quite flat and hard. The beds can slips apart and you can fall in between them.

We always book up this hotel as it is mid way between our house in France and our 2nd residence in Hungary.

Nothing to declare.

Late check-in via automatic machine was pretty straight forward, I didn’t have issues using it. There is a big parking on the side of the hotel, in case the main entrance parking is full. They have metallic blinds to completely block the sun if you want.

The main entrance is not so easy to find at night. I had to walk around the whole building in pitch darkness until I found the entrance and the main parking. Some signs “Reception this way ->” would be useful outside the building.

The rooms are very comfortable and very quit at night. The parking is free and there is ability to charge overnight for a fee. The staff are very kind and helpful.

No issues that we noticed, all was fine.

It is correct hotel for sleepover. Very fair price and clean room. Bed is OK.

Perhaps there could be a hotel shower gel in bathroom. There is a specific smell on the floor, I did not understand where from since everything was very clean in corridors and romm.

Everything was brilliant, the staff, the room, and the breakfast. After being let down by the accommodation we had booked being unavailable at the last moment, the staff at The Dream Inn were fantastic. They not only found us a room on the ground floor, foŕ my husband, myself, and my service dog.Nothing was too much trouble for them.Highly recommend.

The broken shower holder. We had to hold it but..... big deal?? No.

Internet connection : weakHeating system : not enoughI will be back in march for 3 weeks and I hope at this time I have a better internet connection as well as good heating in the room. It's not asking too much.
