- Check out was at 6 a.m. because I need to go at Munich airport It’s was a real hard quest to find the exit way from the room… because lobby and exit was closed. Nobody say about this at the check in time ))5* hotel should have 24/7 reception:) or don’t close the doors.
- Guests were quite rude and intimidating towards us, SOME staff also.Not a very touristy place, not sure many English visit, even in the local town it was quite intimidating and I have visited and stayed here many times. This time especially was quite uncomfortable.

The spa facilities were amazing. The food was great and restaurant staff was very attentive. The rooms were nice.
Staff at the reception rather unfriendly and unhelpful. Wall in the rooms were thin so you could here the neighbours walking around and the shower / toilets going. Room too warm to sleep and matress hard.
Friendly and efficient staff, wonderful ambiance, stylish rooms, 5* cleanliness, faultless spa, fitness and pool facilities, innovative cuisine and amazing location with mountain views and direct access to various walks. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
