Pros +
- On the coldest night of the year so far. The room was warm. Bedsheets clean . Shower warm.
- It was fine for one night after a long day driving. Looks a bit grubby but there were workman busy painting.
- The place is clean, really clean. Do not expect anything else.
Cons -
- 7ml of shower gel each is a bit mean. But for cheap overnight accomadation on-route for 5 , I can't complain.
- Lot of cigarette butts around.
- We had two rooms. In both the airconclditioning was out of order. The outside temperature was over 30 degrees and the rooms could not be smaller, the window only opens partially and outside it smelled of urine and poop. There was no soap in the dispencer in the shower, the shower drain was blocked and the were 4 sets of towels for 6 people. When we came back from dinner we noticed the airco was broken but there was no more staff around.

Nothing at all
I arrived, and thought it was a doss house.. very unsavoury people loitering about.I got in my room and locked the door
Not a lot. Very cheap, but for a very good reason
Where to start, doors don't shut properly, letting in a cold draft. Beds very uncomfortable and stained. Bathroom door wouldn't close. Doors look like they have been kicked in and refixed several times. Door handle came off on the inside of one room meaning that it was hard to get out in the event of a fire. People walking about all night. Beds themselves were so hard it was hard to get comfy. I'd rather take my chances on the streets of calais over night.
Ok location
Room 37 stunk of cigarette smoke. Very noisy.
Staff were helpful.
Had to wait 2 hours for reception to open. No WI-FI code.
It is a cheap hotel, previously Premiere Classe, now called Fasthotel. Located in a small hotel zone on the outskirts of Reims, it is easily accessible by car with free parking. The room is very small and the bathroom even smaller, but I already know this style of cheap hotels and I am prepared to accept it when I pay reasonable (low) price for it. For a short one-night sleep it is OK. There was not much noise from outside and everything more-less worked as expected, The receptionist spoke English and even replied to e-mails and phone calls, which is not always a case. So it is "you get what you paid for", but not bad for its cheap price.
The opening hours of the reception published here on booking.com were incorrect, the reception is open between 6:15-12:00 and between 16:00-23:00 hours on weekdays, they start at 7:00 on weekends. The receptionist luckily confirmed it to me on my request, as we arrived long after 21:00, which was the time published on booking.com.
Nothing!
There is no signage for the hotel and so very hard to find. The block itself is run down and not at all pleasant. The room didn’t lock. There are people clearly living in some of the rooms permanently. The rooms stank of smoke and the beds were incredibly itchy. Wouldn’t recommend, even for a late night stop over.
Quick check-in and someone on site when we arrived. Efficient room for a stay of a few hours.Helpful receptionist
very correct welcome.arrived late and always someone on site.
full parking lot
A decent stopover. We didn't sleep much since we arrived very late but the reception was still open to welcome us thank you ??.
There were a lot of cars in the parking lot, difficult to park.
The location was very convenient and the staff were very helpful. You could check in very late which was helpful.
The blankets were so thin and the room was so cold. We ended up sleeping in our clothes and with our coats on top of us. The little heater worked but wasn't powerful enough to heat the room.
Receptionist very correctQuiet roomPlenty of parking space
Location was good, near to shops, not far outside of Reims
The sheets and towels were clean, the rest of the property was just dirty. There were bogeys on the bedsides. The radiator was covered in something brown and sticky. There were dead cockroaches on the floor. The walls were literally paper thin, much like staying in a porta-loo rather than a motel room.
Free parking
Very dirty and smelly.
Inexpensive, quiet. Automated reception was easy to manage.
The bathroom is very small (think airplane or ship), and is a wet room. Even at 5'5" (165cm) the shower felt tight. Three flights of stairs to get to the room
Relatively cheap, clean enough. Fine place when you just need to stay somewhere overnight. Fully automatic check in and check out 24/7
Breakfast actually wasn't included - the check-in automat asked whether we wanted to pay an extra 6.5€ for it. Also, take into account this is Reims' suburb zone, it will take about 1.5 hours to get to anything interesting in the center by feetThere also was only one free outlet in our room.
Easy to book in (no staff). ok for an over night stop over.
Construction works started just before midnight.... Excavator hammering some pilings into ground, drilling/sawing...VERY LOUD. this was 100yds away but sounded like next door :-o (not hotels fault, but annoying)
That it was tidy and clean
Nothing but the shower hook need putting on would have been better. Also trying to put the heating on but couldn’t which was annoying. Beside that everything’s was nice.
