Good location if you are in the industrial area traveling for business, good people, rooms are spacious, parking huge, great restaurant in the hotel with Balkan food :)

There are some little things but not worth mentioning (only nitpicks may write about them)

I am very disappointed with this hotel. I had nothing but stress since arriving there.Very rude staff. Whenever I tried to talk to them, they were ignoring me and pretending they don't speak English. Me and my husband were in the room, naked in the bed and our underwear was on the floor. The cleaner opened the door of our room without knocking and entered the room. She realised her mistake and left the room but this was ridiculous! Can't believe how someone can do that!Breakfast was very limited and undercooked, almost nothing to choose from.Hotel is located in industrial area, very noisy and stinking place. It is very far from the centre and any shops. You will be stuck in the hotel and If you decide to go to the town and have some proper food, be prepared to pay around £6-£7 for taxi each way.Food at this hotel is awful. I have decided to have lunch at the hotel. Asked the brunette lady on the shift what is the soup of the day and she told me it was broccoli soup. I have ordered one. In few minutes she came to me with soup in her hands and said that actually it was pea soup but not broccoli soup. I said it was fine and I am going to have it. What a surprise! There was no pea at this soup nor it tasted pea. It was potato with very fat burned bacon. They knew I don't eat pork as I already complained at breakfast that I can't eat ham and bacon!I stayed hungry but of course had to pay for this awful soup. When I paid, she told me she didn't have any change to give me back and expected me to leave her the change. In different situation and better experience with them, I would leave even more, but they didn't deserve a penny!The other day when going for breakfast, the blonde lady on reception told us there was not continental breakfast as me and my husband are the only guests at the hotel. She gave us a menu to choose from and order breakfast. I have decided to eat french toast and asked for this.

The menu of the restaurant and the quality of the food are excellent.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always been satisfied. Room size absolutely amazing, great and friendly staff, delicious food in the restaurant, parking right next to the hotel. I will definitely use again soon.
