Great location in town close to restaurants. Clean room you can be glad to stay in. Our room had a wonderful view on the fifth floor we paid an extra 10 euro for. Definitely worth it.

Very centrally located with a supermarket and restaurants close by. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was exceptional.

Wonderful staff and owner. Rooms were well priced and exceptionally clean. Fabulous location in a beautiful & enchanting town. We were initially intending to stay for just 1 night, but ended up staying 4 nights. I would have stayed longer if we'd had the time.

Located right in the centre of Serra San Bruno with many restaurants close by, Pasquale is very helpful and will do anything to help. Rooms clean and beds very comfortable.

The room had high ceilings so plenty of room but the mattress was terrible feel every spring very thin and old so hard on the body couldn’t sleep . Such a pity

Great location in town centre. The owner was sweet and the lady who checked us out. Breakfast was also really nice outside on the terrace

The street is a bit loud, so we couldn’t keep the windows open.

It was clean and comfortable with a wonderful breakfast. Our room had a little balcony overlooking the main street which was charming. There was also a storage area for our bicycles which was good as we were touring. The very pleasant and lovely Francesca checked us in and also helped us book our stay for the next night, which was very stress relieving!!

Not a lot….the bar across the street was very noisy until about 10:30, but I had earplugs and so wasn’t bothered at all.

Rooms are extremely small. Air conditioning did not work. Feels like you are in a sauna. If you go in summer it’s unbearable. Their solution is that at night it cools down and can open (one small window)!!!Small window in a cubby corner of room. Or also leave the bathroom door open and open that window as well. Solution I think not! Should get the a/c fixed! You advertised air conditioning! Crazy No where to place your luggage. Hardly able to walk around the beds. Made me feel claustrophobic. Quad room it is not ! So advertised incorrectly. No bunk beds. We left after one night. Scrambled to find another place and lucky we did. We could not bear another night. Clean but that is all. We ever made it to the breakfast but it did look nice but a comfortable stay is much more important. Extremely disappointed. Pics looked good and reviews so we booked it. They would not give us any refunds for other dates.

It is a small, carefully run hotel in the city centre. The room had a nice view of the picturesque old houses and the hotel has a wonderful quiet atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is in the center of town, it was possible to park very close to the hotel. A stone's throw away are several options of where to go for dinner. We could only stay one night unfortunately as we were doing a sightseeing tour of Calabria. We would have really liked to have stayed longer at this place.

The area and the staff are fantastic.

The breakfast lacks ham, sausages and eggs. Most of the things available are ready packed.

The hotel is located in the center of the "old" city. Which adds to the home-like stay.One can feel the vibe the the street, the people etcDon't worry - no noise is involved.The stuff are so friendly making every effort to make one's stay a pleasant one.

From check-in to check-out the service we received at Hotel Conte Ruggero was exceptional. We travelled with two little kids.The rooms were very clean and tidy, service staff serviced the room daily, breakfast was so lovely with a beautiful view over the Main Street, and above all Rachel and Pasquale were so very kind and helpful. They both went above to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Our stay at Hotel Conte Ruggero made our stay at Serra San Bruno. the town is a hidden gem! 10/10 in every aspect. We cannot wait to return.

The location is right in centre of the town. It is walking distance to almost everything in Serra San Bruno. Coffee and gelato bars across the street and several other options as well. The breakfast provided by the wonderful staff at the hotel is excellent, you have a good selection to choose from and they make it fresh for you and great special coffees like cappuccino, lattes. The rooms are very modern, good wifi, and very well maintained. We feel it is very good value and we will be back to this hotel on our next visit.

unfortunately common walls were not sound proof.

The location was perfect and walking to nearby stores and sites was easily accessible. Staff were EXCEPTIONAL Friendly ownersVery Clean and well keptTraditional Italy Breakfast was very good
